The reason for not providing the booking to most of the members are that the resort sell almost 50% of the rooms over the counter. This give them instant cash. Because providing rooms to the members shall not earn anything to the company. Secondly you all have made 100 times members above the available rooms at all resorts. Hence all the time there are regrets from your side. If you all are unable to provide reservations then how come you are asking for amc. Matter shall revert to the court of law. Thanks
