Above membership no is of my dad who is around age of 60 and has been looted of a lot of money of his savings. He was promised a lot of things once he purchased the membership to which he was very with. The problem started he paid initial payment of 1 lakhs. Before paying the money my father had requested the sales person to send all the verbal offers promised in writing which could help in future correspondence. For this he had told that everything would be sent in writing once the initial payment is made to which my father readily agreed since all the fake offers made were tempting for any common man. That is the day to which the sales person responded properly. Now he has stopped receiving our calls. When we got a call from customer care for paying the remainder payment of the membership, my dad denied paying single penny before we get anything in writing for the offers promised. Nothing has been reverted since then.

I came to know about this loot from a senior citizen just before a few days. I would want to talk to someone who could help me getting my father's money refunded on an immediate basis.
