Membership is cancelled on 07th Jan 2021 and as per the terms by Sterling, money to be refunded back in 60 working days. But till now money is not refunded. Every month Manas from finance department calls me and says that by next month, money will be refunded. But this never happened till now i.e. 5 months from cancellation. Every time a new commitment is given and they don't keep their commitments. For online transaction, they say they need 1 month which actually happens in a day.
For returning my money, why do they need soo much time?
