Sterling Holidays Resorts — regarding refund of my amount paid | |
Hi, this is hemant agrawal from varanasi. I received a call from representative of sterling holidays to come on 5th november 2019, and take the voucher of free night stay at resort of sterling. I went there on that day and i paid 50% of membership amount i. E. Rs 1, 37, 200/-. After two days i. E. On 7th november 2019, i called mr. Ravindra for cancellation since i thought it will be little bit tough for me to pay the entire amount. He told he will give me a call in few minutes. After some time mr. Shubham gave me a call and said "sir be assured your money is 100% safe, whenever you wish you will be getting the money back. But we want that you stay in any of our resorts and after that still if you wish we will process your refund." but anyhow i realised that i won't be continuing with it so i asked for the refund of the amount paid. It has been around a month but mr shubham (Mob. No. [protected]) is now neither picking up my calls neither replying to my emails and whatsapps. This is really very disgusting and is tarnishing the image of sterlings. This is my earnest request to take this matter on a serious note otherwise i will be bound to take some legal actions as i am getting no response to the commitments made by mr.
