I had purchased time share of sterling holiday resort, in1992, paying rs.13680/toward cost of time share in full. Rs16720/ towards advance subscription for customer facilities. Now since almost 8 years they deny utilising my right to enjoy the time share as promised at the time of taking money demanding huge amouint towards the subscription the second time. Because of this i had forgone the days which are lapsed putting me to loss
