I have taken this membership in Apr-2021, by paying around INR 64000 and rest was agreed to be paid in 12 installments starting from Jul 2021 onwards as I was in my Job changing phase. However, the EMI was started striking into my account from May 2021 onwards but since my CC was blocked it has saved me from losing the money.
At present, my company is laying off to meet their financial targets and I am jobless since last 2 months serving through some saving and CC.
Sterling team is behind me and asking me to pay this money, when I told them I am not with job and you can cancel my membership because I don't know when I will be stable again and can pay rest of this amount.
I thought they will understand my situation and will refund the entire amount as I had not made a single request of holiday neither availed a single day of Holiday with them.
The person Manas Kumar M says, I need to wipe off my entire paid amount. I thought, they might ask for a cancellation fees of about 10-15% which is also fine. But currently, I am in need to this money for my families survival.
I have a small kid of 3.5 years, we have not even paid fees of last 2 months, however the school is fine with and trust us to pay later. Sterling is offering a holiday for 25 years and they cannot even keep the trust for 25 months,
Now I wish to cancel and don't want to pay and shall not subscribe to any similar deal in future.
With due respect, please refund at least 90% of the paid advance amount which I understand as process of creating profile and documentation.
