I had booked travel for October 2020 and had to cancel because of Corona and local demonstrations.
Sterling provided a voucher till October 2021.
Then they cancelled the voucher in Feb 2021 claiming they will refund the amount which has not been processed.
They kept saying it will be processed in 10-15 days but has not been done till date.
Can someone take responsibility and ownership for this and refund the same at the earliest.
