From 2004 we are unable to utilise the resorts (We have right of 7 days utilisation for 99 years till 2091 period) due to poor and inhospitable living conditions in the resorts. This is due to mismanagement of resorts by erstwhile promoters and we the customers are cheated, which is a violation of contractal agreements. Till 2010 we have paid aac without utlising the premises, on the request & promise of revival by old promoters and their customer relationship managers.
Now suddenly they are unjustly asking aac for the closure periods due to their mistake, which is illegal. We request to waive aac for the closure periods/reduce the same to 3 years (21 days credit). We will pay last 3 year amenity charges, no other charges should be levied whatsoever name in the future. The resorts should be maintained as per the standards and usable conditions and promise good customer service for the entire contract periods. Was this information helpful? |
