Sterling Holidays Resorts — Why there is a delay in refunding after cancellation of membership 90 days?

Hi I was in double minded and so after paying the initial I asked for cancellation within 3 days and said full refund now they are saying 90 days in this faster technology world.. Which is really not acceptable.. Why u need our cash to be held into your account for such a devious 90 days when we can do it in a second..
Why are you making the customers worry about the money for another 90 days, what if it's delayed more than that?

Still waiting I am never sure why they are such a lerthagic behaviour when it comes to collect money they rushed me out now I need to wait guys beware when u take membership.. Nothin customer centric as they say
