Sterling Holidays — Termination of my membership | |||||
I have opted for membership of Sterling Holidays. my membership i.d. is 1221891. I was assured by Mr Sagar Bhandari that i will be given stay in orange county, coorg( which is an RCI property) and I registered for conditional membership. which obviously was not completed.The registration form on which I have signed had a cancellation policy in which no amount will be deducted if i cancel the membership within 6 months. when I called to cancel my membership i was told that as per new rules not a single rupee will be refunded to me. STILL I said to cancel my membership.Buy till today my EMI are being deducted from my account. I want my Membership cancelled and my money refunded. Please note it is my hard earned money and it is being siphoned against my wish. Was this information helpful? | |||||
