I have ordered a bag from Steve madden and it has been several days and there is no update regarding the bag. I tried to contact the customer care, but they are not picking up and even they are not responding to the mail. It is very pathetic to see such a big company doing this. Don't ever do the same mistake guys. HUGE SCAM
