I have ordered 3 dresses on 14th March from Street Style Store online. My order id #2127067 and its going to be a month i have ordered and still there is no update about my order. From 5th April its showing 'Priority Order'. I have already done the payment. Please update me on the same. I hope i receive any update on my order.

    I have placed my order on 6th jan 2018, its been more than 3 months now. Opened tickect 2-3 times but always get same pre written automatic reply. This is the worst online service that anyone can get. Its making me so pissed off, there is no option for return, not replying properly, never going to order from this site ever again. They are so irresponsible and have no respect for their customers. Worst experience ever. Either refund it or get it delivered as soon as possible.

    We understand that you had invested a lot of precious time in this order but trust us, this order got cancelled due to unavailability of the products in our warehouse. If you can please give us a last chance by placing a new order and forward us the order no. We will dispatch the order as quickly as possible.

        order status is still preparation in progress

        I have placed an order on 8th april 2018 but till now my order status is showing preparation in progress. I have placed 3 orders before but till now i haven't received any of product. Every time my order is canceled. I want to know that is it fake or real. This time i have placed the order for my birthday. Please don't cancel my order this time. I want to know i will be able to get the product or not....

        I have ordered two product on 03/12/2018 online from 'streestylestore' and the delivery date was showing 2nd of april. But there is no trace of my delivery. No information given on mail also.

        I have raised a support ticket on this already but till now no confirmation on my delivery.
        I have already made an online payment. There is no customer care number on which i can call and ask.

        This is the worst online shopping experience. This site is a cheater.

        Kindly look into the issue.

          I made an order two days through online payment, got confirmation from bank but the same is not reflecting in my order status, and has not got any confirmation message from sss, please do reply as soon as possible... Its my first orderwith sss. Apart from that i have almost sent 4-5 mails and there is no reply from them. Not able to raise complaint in website as the order is not reflecting. I also made a call to customer care number provided but they are also not responding to the call.

                It’s been a month I haven’t received my parcel It’s ridiculous you’ll better return my money or deliver my parcel asap . You’ll do such fancy marketing and this is the kind of service you’ll give . Pathetic . No contact number to complain pls shut the company

                  I ordered footwears amounting to 1773 on 24th march with order id 2144015
                  The payment is already done online.
                  But havent received it yet! Its brrn weeks.. and i really need it. The statud is hiwing proority dispatch but it is not dispatched yet!
                  I am.very annoyed because of this.
                  First I tried paying through cc Avenue but it failed.

                  Then I tried paying through MobiKwik wallet. It was successful.

                  After half an hour I received an email stating cc Avenue payment successful and my panel showns only one order.

                  Please refund money for one of them.

                          Why is it so hard to deliver the products within the time limit the company agreed on?                                 It's been 1 1/2 month, since I have placed my order. The payment has already been made by card. Enough is enough. Also I have sent them the mail thrice and they reply with the same answer: it'll be delivered soon, and the soon hasn't come yet. They are neither delivering my products nor updating me with it's status. I'll register a higher level complaint against the site if they do not pay attention to my order. Also, the customer care number provided on internet is absolutely wrong. This is totally nonsense. No respect and care for customers.

                                  I have ordered two products from sss. After receiving my products, those sizes were big. I requested exchange.

                                    I placed a prepaid order on 14 march but till now there is no update about my order.

                                    The order number is: 2126757

                                    Even the tracking number provided by these guys is incorrect. Here is the tracking number of delhivery:[protected]

                                    Feeling cheated at this point of time. Kindly investigate about this issue as I do not know how to contact these people.

                                    Can I have an update guys its now a month??
                                    I have made an order and it failed while making the payment. Rs 467 was debited from HDFC bank and rest of Rs 1205.2 got debited from Mobiqwik. Could you please confirm if the order was placed or not.If not then could you please refund my amount back.
