Hi, i have ordered two shoes from sss, then becoz of the size issue, i returned one of them, . I want to know when i will get my replaced shoes, as u r not responding on the mail. Plus i have ordered another order too.. Still no update found from company side.. When i will get my products plz tell me.. As i already pay for them

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 19 march 2018 and they said it would be delivered in 21 days. They even provided me a tracking id which when used on the delhivery site shows that no such order has been registered with the courier company. I have not even got a response from the ticket raised on sss website. I need to know the status of my order or else i would like to get my refund back. Please provide an update asap.

    This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

        This is the third or fourth i am here! Thanks to this website that it helps reaching them or else sss is just unreachable!

        Coming to the problem. I am stuck with this website. Totally

        I ordered platforms from it i guess a year back. They got delivered but in a smaller size. I returned them and asked for a bigger size. I got no reply or product from them even after waiting for months. So i came to this site. Registered a complaint. There customer care got in touch but they returned my money as voucher on their site (That would mean that i have to shop again from them only) i ordered again. This time the order was more costly than the previous one so i paid for it again. Now this time initially they automatically started sending it to an older address of mine. I came at this complaint forum. Wrote a similar message. Their customer service agent got in touch with me and made a correction to my address and set it in priority dispatch. Even after which my order never really reached me inspite of waiting for 2 months and when i checked yesterday i saw my money being credited to their website voucher again!!! I placed an order again (I really want my money they have left me with no other option) and again when i received the order confirmation email today it has that older address to it!!! I don’t want it there!! I don’t know what to do with this stupid site!!

          I have been mailing u for the past few dats and i am not receiving any kind of response. My order number was #2152686. But wen i received my product the item looked totally different from the image shown in the site. I have attached both the pics of my received product and the one shown in the site.Since the item is looking totally different from the site I donot want a replacement too. Hope you understand what I am trying to convince you. As is a faulty item I would like to get a refund in form of cash or in form of sss credits. Please respond.

          We have initiated the exchange pickup. The courier boy will pickup the product within (3-4) days. Once the product is delivered at our end we will issue you a credit note for the same.

          You can use that credit note to buy some other product of the same amount.

              I have placed my order on 6th jan 2018, its been more than 3 months now. Opened tickect 2-3 times but always get same pre written automatic reply. This is the worst online service that anyone can get. Its making me so pissed off, there is no option for return, not replying properly, never going to order from this site ever again. They are so irresponsible and have no respect for their customers. Worst experience ever. Either refund it or get it delivered as soon as possible.

                  order status is still preparation in progress

                  I have placed an order on 8th april 2018 but till now my order status is showing preparation in progress. I have placed 3 orders before but till now i haven't received any of product. Every time my order is canceled. I want to know that is it fake or real.                   I have ordered two product on 03/12/2018 online from 'streestylestore' and the delivery date was showing 2nd of april. But there is no trace of my delivery. No information given on mail also.

                  I have raised a support ticket on this already but till now no confirmation on my delivery.
                  I have already made an online payment. There is no customer care number on which i can call and ask.

                  This is the worst online shopping experience. This site is a cheater.

                    I made an order two days through online payment, got confirmation from bank but the same is not reflecting in my order status, and has not got any confirmation message from sss, please do reply as soon as possible... Its my first orderwith sss. Apart from that i have almost sent 4-5 mails and there is no reply from them. Not able to raise complaint in website as the order is not reflecting.                           It’s been a month I haven’t received my parcel It’s ridiculous you’ll better return my money or deliver my parcel asap . You’ll do such fancy marketing and this is the kind of service you’ll give . Pathetic . No contact number to complain pls shut the company

                            I ordered footwears amounting to 1773 on 24th march with order id 2144015
                            The payment is already done online.
                            But havent received it yet! Its brrn weeks.. and i really need it. The statud is hiwing proority dispatch but it is not dispatched yet!
                            I am.very annoyed because of this.
                            First I tried paying through cc Avenue but it failed.

                            Then I tried paying through MobiKwik wallet. It was successful.

                            After half an hour I received an email stating cc Avenue payment successful and my panel showns only one order.

                            Please refund money for one of them.

                              I had placed a order on 3rd march 2018 and haven't received me order as yet. I am unable to track my order n it's been over a month now i haven't received it, whereby the payment has already been made through online transactions. Even after multiple times of sending emails regarding my order i just kept getting one mail saying we will deliver sorry fr the inconvenience. It's better to pay cash on delivery then if streets rule store is going to cheat customers
                              I need a quick delivery of my order or an honest refund of my money.

                                    Why is it so hard to deliver the products within the time limit the company agreed on? If you cannot deliver the products, then please don’t accept orders and miss lead your loyal customers, i sent several emails to the company regarding my problem, i still don’t see any progress at all.
