I have ordered a dress from SSS @799 rs on 18 December 2022 and they promised to dispatch it within 3 to 21 days. I have ordered it for my birthday which is on 11 January. But it's been 18 days Or more and i still have no update about my product. I keep getting the same email that my product is taking longer than usual to dispatch. I want my product within the time they have mentioned and i need an update. How long will they take?

    Hello SSS,

    Recently I bought 3 tshirts and none of them fit me properly so I would like to exchange them but I am not able to exchange it! Please refer to the attachment below. The screen is just loading and it says to select new size but I cannot even see the options... I tried contacting you and customer service but no one is picking up... Please help me with this. Thank you.

              Trying to reach them 6-7 times, one of the executives picks up the call (Mr. Abhinav) and start talking rudely, I was keep asking when my product will be delivered, they Start talking Abusive language. they are so very unprofessional.

              Hi,
              i have made the payment around 10:16 pm today but at first my order showed that "do you want to cancel your transaction and the order didn't got placed and second time it did but the money from my bank account deducted twice.

              I do not wish to cancel my order but i want the refund as soon as possible of my first payment that i did by mistake or either the money got deducted by mistake. I have made the payment by using paytm upi.

              Please acknowledge!
              would be helpful if you consider your customer's demand.

                      I have a credit voucher of INR 665 in my account and when I apply it to order something then the order is not placed. Also, when I click on cod option for cod charges, it shows that cod is applicable only up to orders whose price are less then 3k, cod charge was only of rs 99...I request you to please provide the information of what to do.

                        I have placed order on the company website and i want to change the shipping address on the same day the order was placed. I am trying to reach the support team on various platform for assistance, since no has reverted back I'm not able to contact anyone from their team. There are no other options on the website to change the shipping address.

                              I ordered a pair of boots from them on 01/10/22 and it’s been 80+ days and still haven’t received my product. They’re just showing on their portal that they’ll deliver my product in next 10 days since a month now but haven’t received any response from them also tried calling them but their phone number is also fraud just like them and I’ve already prepaid for this item so I want them to deliver my product or refund my money back or I’ll sue them with legal charges for fraud and scam with consumers

                                This complaint is regarding the order number-6978211, it’s for three boot.
                                It’s been 30 days now, I haven’t received any information regarding the product, the bot states the same stupid lines again and again .I have done the payment as well for this order.I want to know if you can deliver it or not because I can see you are cancelling other people order by making them wait for so long .If you can’t able to complete the order than please contact immediately.
                                Please tell me the Exact delivery date, I don’t want stupid statements that it will dispatch within 3-4 business days because your company actually don’t know the business days and don’t respect customers time.
