I ordered a top from sss on March 24th 2022. They cancelled it on 12th May 2022. ( It was a prepaid order). Now they're showing that the refund has been completed by them.
I haven't received any kind of voucher that they claim.

Their costomer care never recieved a single call. No replies to the complaints. Pathetic behaviour.

                I received their order on 7th May'22 and needed to exchange one product because of its size issues and requested for the exchange immediately on that day only. It has been more than 2 weeks I did not get any update and the product has not been yet picked up too.

                SSS processed the exchange as soon as I filed the complaint.My exchange was picked up the next day and I received the product after a few days without any further difficulties.

                  I ordered 3 tops and all of them fit so horribly. This company does not provide a monetary refund and therefore, I have been trying to reach them to get their credit voucher.

                  I have been trying to call them but no one ever picks up and there is literally no other way to reach them. I want my money back or at least the vouchers so that I could place an order for different items.

                      The top I ordered from sss.

                      I ordered a top from sss on 24th March 2022. And it's been more than one and a half month that I didn't receive it. It was my prepaid order. Now they are showing that because the top is out of stock, the refund has been made.
                      But I've not received any sort of refund or voucher from them.

                      Customer service is very pathetic and useless. They don't care after the payment is made. Neither they receive any call nor they...

                      I tried so many times to call them but their phone always came busy.

                        Hi. I ordered a dress for my birthday from the style store. It’s been more than 20 days since I placed my order but it hasn’t been dispatched yet. I even tried to raise a query so many times but it always show that there executive will get in touch with us regarding the issue but it never does. It’s really annoying that I haven’t received my order because I ordered it for my birthday. So please make sure that I receive my order asap. I have even paid for the dress.

                              I ordered from SSS on 3rd April 22 and now it is June 11, I haven't received the order. tracking the order it is says that RTO - payment accepted. Could you please let me know if the package will be delivered to me or not. I could have asked these things 2 months ago else where. I will raise a complaint in the consumer forum too.. Such cheaters.. They kept telling that "your wait will be worth.. Thank you for your patience. " And also.. Sorry for the delay in the delivery.. After 1.5 months, now I see this on tracking! Wow! Good one guys!!

                                It’s a nightmare to get in touch with the customer support, it’s always engaged which makes feel suspicious if any agents are really present to help us out and also no acknowledgment for the tickets raised.
                                I have placed the order in the month of March and it’s not yet delivered tho it’s out for delivery, only getting the notification that order delivery was not possible despite o[censored]pdating the correct information. I have received all the products from Sss without any challenges not sure why only this specific order is being such a hassle to receive.
                                Please review this issue and help me to get resolution.
