I had a credit voucher of Rs.1099 in my SSS account then I ordered a product for Rs.699 that leaves a balance of Rs.400 in my account but there is no credit left . Also I asked for cancellation of The product due to delay in delivery but there was no response from SSS and now they are delivering the product for which I asked for cancellation. Don't you people have any sense of responsibility! No response NO contact no..And the ticket we receive for our emails is of no use if you don't respond. I want all of my money i.e Rs.1099 in my account.

I had ordered shoes online from this webdite on 4th Dec 2016. However i havnt recieved the parcel yet. I have made the payment online however there is no phone number to call them up and they havent replied to my email. The estimated delivery date was given with 3 to 4 days hoeever havent recieved the parcel yet. The order number for the lroduct is as below. Order#[protected]-2758573. I ordered a pair of shoes from streetstylestore bt it does not fit my size and i requested for exchange of size last week & till now no action is taken on it even i don know weather it will replace or not ..or i just wasted my money on it . I want the refund because the prodouct is different from what is shown on website but there is no refund policy .so now i want to replace the size of that shoes

I have placed my order on 22 nov2016.. Have already done the payment for same but have not received it.. No reply anything have mailed so many times.. Streetstylestore is pathetic.. have nice product but there is no proper coordination about order or delivery..

I have ordered 2 products from street style store. My order is a prepaid order. The order details are not showing in my SSS account. They are not even replying to my mails and I have been calling them for last three they are not receiving the call and many times they have cut the call. I am really worried. this really an unprofessional behaviour. I cannot even cancel my order and get refund....

Order num 869084, i ordere 3 pairs of footwear from streetstylestore.com about 9 months ago, , , the product was delivered after 5 months approx(eventhough they say product will b delivered in 21 days)then the quality was so cheap and the szie was too large and the product didnt look like what they have shown i n the site, i sent them a pickup request for exchange, , they accepted it and said that pickup will be done in 3 days, , no pickup has been made for 2 months, , when i sent them a loads of messages regarding this, , they didnt reply even after seeing the msg, , atlast they said me that pickup is not available at my place and asked me to send it as a courier and the courier charges will be refunded by them, , i sent the product through a courier company and sent them the shipment bill, they promised me for the refund, , , 1 month passed, , , when i asked about the exchange and refund on courier, , they said that there is no money refund and they may provide a credit voucher for further purchase, , it has been over 2 months i have sent the exchange, , they are not replying to any of my queries, , but they have enough time to update their new products in facebook page, , , i dont want any of their product, , i request the authorities of consumer complaints forum to make them refund the money for wasting my whole time behind them, the price of the product and the courier charges, , i need compensation

I had placed an order which I received of wrong size and had returned it. Still not got the correct order since 4 months.once only got the reply, they say go to account and order again you will get your sandals, but there are no credit points.now they don't even reply to emails and no call get through. Tried calling, emailing. Nothing works.

I've ordered sneakers of ref no. 1108197 on 29/11/2016. It's been more than 20 days I haven't received the delivery.

I bought a sandal and did online payment for the same on 6/11/2016 using the id akanksha.[protected]@gmail.com .I was told that the product will reach me in 7-21 days. But I did not received a communication of it being dispatched or being delayed. When I tried to call the support number for information the number was not available or was busy every time I tried to contact. Then a friend of mine finally wrote a mail to them asking information about the product. They came back after 2 days. They will dispatch it soon. Got another mail from them stating that by Saturday 17/12/2016 it the product will be delivered or the order will be cancelled.But till date I have no where and clues about the product non the amount has been debited back into my account and the product being dispatched.

Please refund the money of return product on my bank account

#1074626 this is my order no. as per SSS i should get my order within 3-21 business days. now more than 1.5 month passed till i did't got my order. they don't receive any call nor they replied to an email. they wont even refunding my amount to me. this is issue with many people in india. this site itself is fraud.
i want my money back.
this site should get banned as it falsely claims about product and delivery.

Hi, this is regarding order number [protected]-2733975. The ccAvenue reference number is[protected]. An order was placed on 1st of December and I received the order placement mail from the company and an amount of 1248 was deducted. The bank reference number is 079204. The amount was paid via my mastercard credit card. The ordered item has not yet been received and the order is not even showing under My Orders section of company website. I have been following up with customer care and support, but not getting any response. I need a response at least through this forum. This is highly intolerable.

I have ordered three sandals on 20th of November from streetstylrstore and there is no tracking ID and no updates on the product. I have paid the cash in advance. No customer care number for this website. Very poor customer service.

i have booked footwear many times, but i have never receive any tracking no. or mail regarding the same. That's the reason, i always cancel my product after waiting too much.

Now today i have booked two pair of foot wears. Its a humble request to you guys... i need these foot wears within 4-5 days. Hope i will get the boots within the providing time. Awaiting for your revert.

This is the second complaint I'm lodging.
My product has still not been delivered.
I ordered it a month and and half ago.
Despite promising dispatch and delivery from 3-21 days. I've sent multiple FB messages and emails and the only response I get is "soon"
Their response on emails are rude.

Please look into this and take necessary action. There are a lot of frustrated customers out there and these people seem to be taking us on a jolly good ride.

IM HATING THIS THING BY SEEING HOW THIS Company is making money by not delivering our product neither responding nor letting us know when will we get our product. We will even get or not? Im freaking screwd with this company. Im sure my money has gone now. And im gonna freaking sue this company. Disn't expected this from This company. Fraudsters.I want my Product asap. Atleast respond it to our messages mails man. We don't know what the hell is going. I have always loved the products of this company but the service is making me hate this Company.

I placed my order on street style store on 28th November 2016, it's been almost 20 days I haven't received my product neither have I received any update as to when will I receive my product. This site does not have any customer care service. I am not even any information as to when will I receive my product if at all I will receive my product I have done online payment.

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your company.

I expectedly had ordered a purchase from your website and was very excited for it to arrive. But unfortunately, you guys were not at all punctual in delivering the order. It was more than a month when I received it. And at first, I was quite happy with the shoes but later on, after I wore it only twice the sole went off and I had a lot of problems with it. It was really bad that I had to spend an entire evening looking like a jerk with those heels on. I not at all had expected such a service from your company.

A really bad service and really bad quality of the heels.
