My name is shantanu and i ordered a product from sss that is (Street style store) online on 15/7/2016 and recieved the product on 20/7/2016. Some how the product size was not perfect so i filed an exchange for the same on 4/8/2016, after which a courier guy came to my place to pick up the product parcel for exchange he provided me a recieving slip for that i have that slip with me, but since then there's no reply from the company their customer care number is always busy and they dont even revert on if after writing several mails to them. My order number was 805911 and the ticket number which they provided me via automatic revert system for my query is 344466. Their is no other alternate number or anything which is provided on their website please help.

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals on 06/24/2016 worth 999 rs.
I received a mail from sss saying that my products are been shipped on 09/22/2016. But sadly i didn't receive them yet.
It is been one and half months and sss is not replying to any of enquiry mails and nor to the tickets raised.
Such a pathetic service.
Please deliver the products or return the amount.

I had placed an order for a pair of shoes, which got delivered to me after about 2 months. The product which came to me was of a larger size, hence placed a request for exchange. Received an acknowledgment from [protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com, that a ticket has been created with Ticket ID 319095, and then there has been no update ever since. I have dropped email reminders at least around 10 times for over a month now, no response. Been trying to reach out to all the numbers available on the internet, none of them connect. Very disappointed with the service. The pair of shoes which are so big in size are still with me, awaiting the exchange.

I really hate street style store for annoying it's customer to the core by never picking the call. It's been 2 month I replaced my Sanders and not received money or points. I will file a complaint in consumer court for taking my money and not giving any update.you just watch. It is very annoying they don't even pick their phones then why they have kept that customer Care number in their website

I am unable to accept the shipment awb # :[protected] for order id : 853094 as the ecom express person insists on cod of rs1049 as per your instructions.

However please note that the above order is in exchange/replace for order id 682586 for which a credit note was issued from your end and hence there should not be any amount payable.

Kindly instruct your courier partner of the situation above and mark order id : 853094 as ppd and not cod as the payment has been already made (Via credit note) to you as explained above.

Do note that this is causing a lot of inconvenience to me as this is the second instance regarding the same and the saga is continuing for months. Refer history of my orders 732351.

If you expect a payment to be made against for order id : 853094, kindly explain why. Anticipating a speedy resolution to this from street style or refund of my original amount.

Hi, i place an order with order no. Pocjaosam. Wrong product was delivered to me with bigger size. I got three pairs of shoes and dropped replace request for footwear with bigger size. But they didn't acknowledge me after receiving the product. 1 month has passed by. Ticket id - 328603 had been raised by them for the complaint.in the city - shoe size : 40

How many times i have to remind for delivery guys, its really pathetic.. This is my order #871041, i placed on 12th aug'16 & it has been dispatched on 15 or 16 i guess but still not received any call.. Delivery my order yaar

Dis is really rediculous guys,, u have not delivered my order... Your couirer partner just mentioned only wrong details dere... U guys do not provide any relevant information.. Nt even dispatch details... How can any one track it... Atleast u shud provide some msgs some mails.. Or calls but u dont.. All the time i complaint regarding the same thing... But guys dont wrk in dis part.. I dont understand.. U really like complains n all... Cant u provide smooth facility...

I had placed an order on july 3rd. The payment mode was cod. After a lot of reminders they dispatched my partial order and charged the entire amount. I paid 1050 to the delivery boy. I was told that the next parcel would be coming and the payment needs to be made at one time only. Once the payment was made, several mails have been posted and sent to the founder and to the helpdesk but there has not been any reply from them.in short they are a bu nch of cheaters.

I have tried calling customer care number mentioned on the site but it is always unattended. Please help in getting information about delivery time or else help me cancel the order....

I want to bring it to your kind knowledge that there are lots of street dogs are roaming
These dogs roam freely inside everywhere in the roads and people going to office (Bpo) are not safe as they might be attacked by. Bpo has timing from 8pm to 4pm.
Therefore i request you to take some immediate and necessary action to avoid any incident.

A very strict action should be taken against this company. They are such a fraud. I ordered 3 items from this store. Three different ordered around two months back and dis not receive even one and i also paid for these orders through my card. They dont event respond on their complaint email id and the customer care number is always busy. No one listens to the complaints. No one should order from this site please it is such a risk to order from this store. I would definately take some reachable action against this fraud company if i dont receive my order within next 7 days.

I had bought a skirt and top from street style store and now i wanna return that product because the clothing is not proper. I had ordered it on 26th july 2016 but i received the product after a very long time on 21th august 2016. I want you guys to send a agent to take this product back as i don't know how to return products from street style shop. Please send your agent as soon as possible.

Hello, a full fake n fraud co. Tht i hv come across is street style store... This z fr d thrd tym tht i recd my order parcel wch ws supp to b a replacement parcel fr wch i hd already paid, bt evn ths tym they askd me to pay fr d parcel wch ws actually supp to b ppd... Nw i already hv markd 34 mails to thm explaining thm d entire scenario nd askng thm to rtrn me my money bt all in vain... Its a bull co. Full of crap ppl wrkng thr nd to add to it they do hv thr cstmr care no. Tht nvr wrks nd thrz nobdy to attnd to calls...

I had purchased slippers sss and had initiated for a exchange for a size smaller and trying to reach them and call them and also mailed them, despite of several follow ups there is no response from their end. The call line s always busy. I try to track the ecom express id even that is not displayed. Not sure as how to contact these people. Worst customer service, absolutely pathetic. Serious actions should be taken against them so that no one ll face such issues anymore.

I order 2 items from stree style store n after 1-2 day i cancelled both item they send message about cancellation but not about my money return bcoz order is prepaid so i want my money back they even not message or mail about return fund.. I just want my money back nothing else

From the day i have placed tthis order the status of it has not been changed on the website.
They are just showing "order comfirmed automatically". It's my request to please show any sign of progress in it and get my order delivered as soon as possible. I need my parcel urgently.

It's been more than 3 months i am pissed off totally with street Style Store.
I have ordered two products I got them but the quality of the products were so cheap that i had to return the products and the whole process took so long.
I asked them to return my money they denied and sad will be giving as a credit note.Now they have issued the credit not but it is not applicable.
I am sending them mail continuously for last many days and i am getting no revert.Is this the way you treat your customers?
This is the worst online shopping experience for me.As we are free that we are sending you mail calling you but no response.
I don't know why the hell your customer care number is never available.
Not even a single person is there who can say that they are satisfied with your service.
I am feeling so frustated now that i want to file a case against this website in consumer court.
If i don't get any revert or call by today than i am gonna visit your office which is in Delhi to ask your problem and get my money back.
Suggestion to every girl who is going to read this is never ever shop with this website .
People can't express their happiness like that i am not able to express my anger for street style store guys.
ANNOYED, IRRITATED, TIME WASTAGE AND MONEY WASTAGE.

The order was placed by me on 8th july. As per the company policy, any order that is placed will take around 3-21 days, but its more than that for my order.
Since then i have sent many mails to your help desk but the response is very bad. The contact details given on your website is always busy or never being attended by any one if at i get to hear the ring.
It is completely bad maintained management who are responsible for customer satisfaction.
