I have ordered pair of shoes from street style store. Its been 3 weeks till now i haven't receive my order. Moreover whenever i try to call their customer service number ([protected]) their bad representative picks the call and instead of listening to me she replies 'yar kyu sir khate ho'. Then again after calling them for 2nd time the picked up my call but nobody says anything.

Atleast be careful about people whom you are hiring to represent your company! Really disgusting

I placed an order on the 27th of july. The order reference is ogqipaawh. The delivery man came on the 5th of august without any prior notification. I couldn't collect it as i was not in place. The delivery man said that he'll deliver the next day. It's 9th of august today and i haven't received my delivery. The sss contact number is also not working.
Since it's a paid order i want a quick response to this complaint.

I have ordered a parcel 3 months back with #746101.
I have already paid for it. I have not received it and they have been coordinating with the courier company and telling me it has been delivered and taking me for a spin. They created a ticket and send me the reference number and then closed the ticket without resolving the issue.
This behavior is ridiculous, taking people for fools to keep buying products from your website.
I need a refund for this order asap.

I have been facing worst online service from streetstylestore (Sss). I wanted to replace a product that is of no good to me due to size issue, raised a complaint, but there is no response from sss. Nobody is answering the call, no one is responding to emails or oing anything for helping me getting a replacement. This is second time i am registering a complaint on consumer forum site. You are my last hope for resolving the issue.

The contact number that is provided on the site is not access-able.. please update your contact details...

I have asked for a replacement of a product and which is not served from 2 months. Although they have taken money for the same. The status is 'priority dispatch'. Invoice number is #in790389. Please resolve this issue asap. I need the product. Or else i expect them to refund me. I have been trying to return the chappals that i purchased on 08/07/2016 in your 3 for 999 offer. I received the product on 02/08/2016 and since 04/08/2016, I have been trying to generate a return request as the size of all the chappals is small and I wish to go for a bigger size. After a confirmation email from your team on 05/08/2016 confirming that the error is rectified, I I tried to return on 07/08/2016 & 08/08/2016 however the error ‘Thanks for your exchange request.. Completing your request. This may take some time... Please do not referesh the page... still persists.
Also make a note that as per your return policy, the return request has to be generated within 7 days of the receipt of the products and I have been trying to generate the request since day 3 of the receipt of the products. As I received the product on 02/08/2016, I complete 7 days on 09/08/2016. REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY MAKE A NOTE OF THIS ERROR AND ALSO THE TIME TAKEN & PROCEED WITH MY RETURN REQUEST AT THE EARLIEST.

It has been a month since i have ordered a dress, made payment online but have still not got it delivered neither has there been any communication from streetstypestore. I've written mails endlessly but there is no response. What you get in reply is "thank you for your email. We regret to inform you that due to some technical glitch/server error, we are unable to respond to your query. It will take another 24 to 48 hours of time to rectify the issue. Our technical team is working on it diligently. Note: you may reopen your ticket if you don't get revert in within 48 hours." but never heard back. The tracking number and carrier mentioned on the invoice is also wrong (Attached invoice copy), which i learned upon calling the carrier company (Fedex). The contact number given on the website is never reachable, how do you expect consumers to get through. It is an absolutely pathetic site to shop from. They do not understand customer service. They only want money and con people.

Its such poor website i have seen so far. For and each and every order i such raise a complaint only then that order will move to next level so tired of this useless website.

Not able to track where is package no updates nothing. But you have collected the money.

If your sending this package by this week well and good or else credit back my money.

I don't want to waste my time writing so many times for just 1 package.

I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 17th of july. I did payment also through on line. It was mentioned in the order summary that the product will reach within 3-21 days. I haven't got any update regarding my order. I wrote an email to help desk, they didn't reply to me. I tried to call customer care many times, but it was unattended though it is ringing.
I don't know what to do now. Kindly deliver my order or refund my money.

Hello.. I made a complaint sometime ago about the non delivery of exchange products and after that, i got an email on the 27th of july 2016 stating that the exchange process has been completed and that the products would be shipped in within 3-10 days. But, it's been over ten days now and i am yet to receive the products or get an update about the products.
Kindly see to this matter and act fast.

I have been trying to call in the given phone number which says its busy and when the ring goes no body picks it up and the product I have received has a drastic difference what i saw in the photo o[censored]r site I either want a money refund or an exchange u have the worst customer services I swear

I ve order 2 shoes from street style store for rs 999.Due to wrong delivery I have returned the shoes back, the pickup was made on 4th aug.They said we will get call from customer care regarding your amount..Still I have not got any calls..my amount is 1050rs..I have called them many times they aren't picking the call..My order no is 764168..

My order number is #822796. I have ordered 3 pairs of footwear for which I have certain regarding its size. So I applied for exchange request for which I didn't received any response. Moreover, they are not receiving the calls nor responding to any of my mails. Resolve my problem or else I want my money back and just take your Damn product. I had ordered a dress on 8th July and Haven't received it yet. It has been more than 21 days and i hve been emailing them regarding the same issue bt they are saying due to have demand it's getting late. They haven't even dispatched it yet. I want my dress on an urgent basis.
