I ordered 2 products from this site. Both the products i received after one month and the normal size which i wear is 37 but sss have their own sizes, so because of that i had to return it back. After that all crap started, i followed up for 1 and half month, nobody cared to reply back. Then they started mail games that they have product availability problem and this and that. After a month i received my order in which only one product was there and that too be defected product. One of the heal soul was missing but still i managed because i dint want to mess up again. Disappointing!

Then again we started exchanging mails. Most of the times they dont care to reply and i understand because they are keeping too busy.. Not in delivering products but in receiving complaint mails. They are too useless, that everytime they have same saying that" sorry mam we have product availability problem and all. They blew my mind to the core
At last i decided to select one product from their site in replacement of my old product which they were unable to deliver. But the site is so bad, i dint like any product of 699. I selected product of 899 and asked them to deliver it and adjust it with my old product.
And the response was - sorry we cannot do this because there is difference of 200
Really? 200 they are pointing out. What about my 2-3 month, i spent on these terrible people and money my money which is lying with them for 3 months. They tortured me to the core. They never came to me with any solution or alternative. I only thought of a solution but 200 will affect their turn over.
Atlast i agreed to pay the balance amount and asked them to send me new product. Now there is no response... Nobody is replying...

Please check your mail, you will see bunch of mails on that id (sss.[protected]@gmail.com) that is still replied yet.
Its very easy to show your concern in front of everyone to keep up your so called reputation.

And after so many calls and mails, now when i complained here than i received a call from your side. AMAZING!!!

I hope that girl who called me will solve my problem in 3 days as she committed.

    I had exchanged a pair of slippers to a pair of shoes order number 190566. but the shoes that sss has sent, one is 2 inches longer than the other, but same size is written on both of them. i tried to contact sss for refund, but dint get any response. also raised ticket #63063 and also have mailed the support team regarding the same with photographs of the pair of shoes they have sent. pfa photo proofs of shoes and the order.

      I have already registered 1 complain regarding money not refunding that is not yet resolved then how can you people marked it resolved. i have placed order and i received that order after a month abd then the product was not as per expectations so i requested to return then sss said that send the product first then we will provide you another product. now i sent back the product and ordered another that too is not as per expectations now i have requested them to exchange it from last one month i am waiting for this but no response.

      Seriously pathetic services kindly exchange my product or refund my money. i have placed my 1 order of this chain on january 2016 and it has been 7 months.

      If sss is not able to provide services then shut down your business.

        Returned a product for exchange. Have not received the product yet. Payment is made.

        I had placed on order for shoes 1 month back and after i received it i placed a request for exchange. the product was picked up next day itself. but after 1 day i got a mail saying they havent received the product. they will pick it up. i replied that it has already been picked up. that day onwards i have not got any response from them. i have already paid. and now i dont have the product nor the refund. response from their side is hughly...

        I had ordered a set of i aint late (T-shirt with skirt) - size : s, since the set didn't fit me i made a replacement order and the product was taken from me 3 days after the replacement order made. It was june 7, 2016. Order id is 733761. I wanted the same set in m size. It has been more than a month, i still haven't got my product. Will i ever get my product delivered or should i believe that my rs 699 has gone in vain?

          I feel really frustrated and sorry to write here as i feel the only way to resolve a customer issue on street style store is through this forum.
          I have been repeatedly trying to reach customer care through calls as well as mails, but all in vain
          My order reference number is #676406 and i had asked for an exchange of 2 pairs of shoes due to size issues.
          The pickup or the exchange was made a month back but no response from the team on the delivery date for the exchanged shoes has been provided.
          It is really sad how the customers are treated once they make payments.

          This is pathetic customer service.

          Can this be communicated to the company?

            I placed an order worth rs 499 on 26 june, 2016 [cash on delivery], received the order on 2 july, 2016. I paid for the product. However the size was smaller so i requested a pick up and exchange for a bigger size. the pick up was made on 4 july. I haven't received the order yet. I made repeated calls, and wrote several mails however there has been no follow up.

                  It's been more than a month since i made the original order.

                  The original order was placed on 05 june, 2016 {order id : 728415 (3 items)}.

                  I still haven't received my replacement order.

                  The communication from their end is terrible.

                  The replacement order was created on 24th june, 2016 {order id : 764194 (3 items)} but never dispatched.

                  Also, they close the tickets without any resolution.

                  And they are not ready to provide the refund.

                      I ordered a dress on 16 June whose delivery came on 20 June the size was not appropriate so I put up an exchange request in two days it was taken for exchange and I got a yellow receipt since that day I have not received my order only 1 email came on 2 July that ur replacement order has reached the warehouse we are happy to inform you that ur new order will be shipped in 3-10 days. 11 days have past but I have not received a single email or notification.

                        My two of the products were to be exchanged and i have received none. they have done the pick up but they are not delivering the product that i asked for.

                          I placed an order of shoes and a dress on 5th june. But i recieved only shoes and still not recieved dress. I am mailing on customer care i'd provided on their sit and calling them continuously but getting no response. I have also recieved a shoe whose size is not appropriate. So tried return for the same. But on site as well as on emails i am not getting response. This is really an unresponsible behaviour towards the customer. It is very frustrating as my money is blocked.

                            I cancelled an order #752533 around 10 days back and since then i have been asking for a refund / credit note. but nobody cares to reply to my email and the phone number on their website is bogus, its always engaged. such companies should be banned, they are purely conning people. how can they not have a working customer care number? are we fools to pay them and receive no assiatance???

                              I have placed an order of slip on shoes on street style store on 10th july 2016. I am calling to the customer care number since morning but i am not getting any response. Now i am getting irritating by this ignorant behavior of company.
                              Money has been deducted from my account but no order is placed. It is my sincere request to the company, kindly refund my money, at least have some courtesy of replying phone calls or mails. We are not free, we have other work to do. Kindly do the needful.

                                I have bought a pair of shoe from the street style store about 15 days ago the shoe size which i had ordered is unappropriate. thatswhay i wanted to exchange the size but i did not get any positive respond from their side. the number hich they have given on the side or as a contact no., always go on busy or ingaed. i am constantly trying to connect with them but i did not get any revert mail or call back from their side.

                                  I have ordered a replaced product since my previous one has a size issue so i requested for another size . My previous order has been picked up by delivery man but my new one has not been delivered yet and in my mail it is showing that it has been shipped. I called on helpline number but always busy, delivery man's number out of service . All these things are a sign of fraud that you are playing. Either i want my money back or deliver my product in a day or two otherwise it wont take time to file a suit against this .

                                    I'd order three pair of shoes under a combo of cost rs.999/- and a pair of shoes cost rs.699/- and an indo-western dress of rs.1099/- on 17th of june 2016. but i don't have any order status of my order yet it's been 25 days after placing an order with streetstylestore.com. i'm trying to contact them through e-mail and phone calls but the're not answering my e-mails and their customer care number always keeps busy and busy. i'am helpless don't know what to do. i'am saying them to deliver my parcel i don't want my money back. but still there is no response.

                                    I have placed the order two days ago I requested the help desk for urgent delivery there has been no response so far moreover I called the line was busy also when I called for confirmation of the order the sms stated we can not locate any unconfirmed order in our system
