my following order numbers 708381, 708359 (3 Items), placed on 25 May, 2016 i haven't got any intimation from our end in regards to the order

Request you please update me on the order place, i am not able to track on the website as well.

i have already paid 1, 199 to your company, and now it shows no the website that it has been already dispatched,

Please give me an urgent reply to this.

my product which was paid online i haven't got any intimation on that but the COD updates I'm getting,

    Order no 682477 placed on 9th may for Rs 1499 and prepaid order, till date there is no trace of my order. So they have taken my money of Rs 1499 and not given my product and it is 41 days and I im not going to wait any more. This is a fraud company and they are cheaters the problem is that the order is prepaid and my money is trapped. For last 1 month the order is showing as priority dispatch and no tracking Id nothing has been provided yet.i keep getting mails from resolver id saying that we are sorry and we have informed the warehouse about priority dispatch of the order. So what has happened After that still not received order. I don't want rubbish replies, pls return my money back Rs 1499 enough is enough!

    I have purchased an apparel order no 682477 on 9th may the order is prepaid. It's been 41 days now and there is no update from anyone, this company is fraud they just take your money and don't deliver your product. I just keep getting mails from resolver Id saying that warehouse has been informed and your dress will reach you shortly but no tracking Id nothing, for past 1month my order status is showing as Priority dispatch, 41 days over is this what you call priority. I have had enough of your nonsense, you people are frauds and liars, I just want my money back Rs 1499 Immediately.this website should be permanently blocked so that other customers are not cheated!

      As i got this product very late upon that when I make it to change one of my footwear i got it first ignorance then a response comes up very late after that wearing those sleepers a very uncomfortable and wth bad sol of it upon within a weak it break from down and is hurting me alot
      So keep the good quality of footwear so that customer like to buy more from your site and give quick response to your customer on time
      Or is dere any process to exchange those footwear

        Worst experience ever...!! Totally disappointed.. Just knw how to fool customers n take money from dem n dnt give dem dere things.. I hav odered slippers n d size was not accurate from 10 days im calling no response from ur side n im recieving irrelevant mails ur query will b solve in 24 hours now it has been 10days no response..           Received 3 pair of shoes worth Rs 2749/- cash on delivery after months of placing the order. The size received is too large and therefore I have initiated replace of these items. I Have not received any response from their side till now or did not even receive a message that replace has been initiated. The contact number provided on the site is always busy whenever I try to call.

            Hi,
            I had ordered three pairs of shoes from street style store. After a month of follow up the order was delivered. However, due to size issues I need to exchange 2 pairs. Inspite of repeated mails to the company's customer care department I have heard nothing from them
            The process of return says that I need to login to the portal & select replace. However, the status of my order is still re delivery hence I cannot do the same through described procedure.
            My order reference number is #676406
            In spite of making several calls and sending repeated emails, I have not received any answer from the company.

            This is pathetic customer service.
            Can this be communicated to the company?

                I ordered two items delieverd on 30 may 2016 i applied for exchange on 31 may reverse pick up was suppose to be done in 1 to 4 days but its june 17 2016 no pickp yet and they dont pick phones they dont reply i saved the number of the delievry boy he claims not to be having any reverse pick up request and says that he does not have the contact number of store. What are these people trying to do? No replies to email queries no other wy to contct them so is it like u r stealing from us?
                Answer me asasp or this trouble you caused to me will cost you more than what ur items cost me mrk my words!!

                  I am Vrushali Panpatil . On 7th June 2016 I tried to order 3 footwear but it did not get placed. And the amount got deducted from my account which is 998.92 Rs.

                  I raised the issue to the corresponding team, but there is no response received yet. They just created a ticket for the same and closed it without resolving my issue.

                  Now I am trying to connect by phone or email but nobody receives the call or reverts back. This is too irritating for any customer.

                  I want my money back and I don't want the order to be placed now. Please look into the issue and return the money.

                      I had placed an order with the website streetstylestore and since it was pending For many days so I thought of ordering something eIse and cancelled it...and I haven't received my credit note for the same..I mailed them about it and they replied that they have issued it..the person who was dealing with me earlier said that if m not able to access it they will place the order on my behalf for the products I have in my cart..I agreed but no order was placed and neither did I receive the credit slip..I mailed them again and the other executive said the same thing that they have issued the credit note...I sent them the screen shot of my credit notes and asked for it ..since then there is no reply from their side and neither any credit note has been issued...I have dropped 50 mails but nobody bothers to reply back..
                      This is my last try or else I will have to file a complaint against you people at the consumer forum ..

                        I am Yashika Neema, I have placed an order of three footwear worth 999 with order number 678323 on 7th May'16 but I haven't received the order till date.

                        I emailed to this company regarding the same for which they initially raised a ticket with ticket number 273163 for logging my complaint for the same. Their executive Janpreet Singh replied to my email just ones saying that the products I ordered were in great demand and hence I should wait for some time. Following this I emailed this person almost 6 times but I did not get any reply for the same.

                        I even called their customer care number[protected] which was always unanswered. I have already made the payment of Rs 999 to this site for which I am attaching evidences.

                        I need my order ASAP r I need refund of complete Rs 999.

                          Hi, i have ordered 3 shoes via order id:-zlsoeoyna from street style store however one is altogether different from the ordered one and rest two were okay. I would requested them to get the packet picked up since they have services pick up services available. They have picked it up after a week now they are sending same size and same product. Even they don't have refund policy or get them exchanged with some another product. They are not bothered about clients. They are saying "the whole exchange process has been automated to make it a better experience for our customers." i am not at all a happy customer then why are they doing rubbish things and pretending that they want to make us happy. I would say they are faking up instead of anything else. Even they don't have any customer services no one bother about customers. Bloody money grabber..

                            Its been a month since i place my order for three foot wears (17 may 2016). I dropped in a mail on 13th june and got a reply stating that the items i ordered are much in demand and will take time. Now, the website states that a maximum of 21 days are required for delivery of the ordered products but their delivery almost takes two months to fulfill the demands of the customers which appears more like fooling the customers. I know this cause this is my 2nd experience with the outlet. I again dropped a text on 13th june and i have received no response since then. I called them on their customer care and no one picked up. This is something really annoying on their part owing to customers demands and needs. If they cant deliver the items in time then they should at least display probable dispatch dates on the website.

                              I had placed an order on the 28th of may 2016, and the 3 products have not been delivered even after 3 weeks.
                              I know it usually takes more than 2 but when i checked the shipping details it shows that the courier could not find my address or could contact me. This is utter nonsense on the part of you guys because this courier company tried to send the parcel 2 times and has failed.
                              No contact was made and i donot understand why there is no contact helpline to resolve such issues.

                                As you said that the product will deliver within 3-21 days its almost end of 20th day still there is no delivery email or notification from your side. I won't understand what the hell is going on, what kind of service you guys provided to the customers. Its looks like you guys are fraud and making money whom so ever in your trap. Will you guys tell me when I will get my product otherwise refund my money, it may small bucks for you but not for the customer who are trusting you guys and pay in advance. You make people fool and its totally fraudulent case. Asking help from you guys seems begging. ORDER NUMBER # 708272

                                I am not accepting your apologizes. I want my product or return my money as soon as possible. How long I have to wait for the delivery as you guys said it will deliver within 3-21 days. GIVE TIME LIMIT BECAUSE DELIVERY DAY IS ALREADY PASSED SO BE SPECIFIC ON TIME AND DAY. Now you are forwarding the details to the warehouse department, till now they are sleeping ? Do they have any sense of responsibilities to offer a service or not. That is insane service after gulping the money of the customers.

                                If you really make customers happy send their products on time without creating problems. Seems you guys are used to get a abusive word that's the reason you guys take customers granted and not performing your responsibilities on time.

                                As you mentioned in email that the product will delivery within 3-4 days as per your previous delivery date is already finished. What happen now ? 5 days got over and you guys are still sleeping after gulping the customers money. NOW YOU GUYS WILL GIVE NICE EXCUSES TO EXTEND THE TIME LIMIT FOR DELIVERING THE PRODUCT. Till the customers hopeless you guys will play exchanging email games. How Long I have to wait and listen to your excuses. I have worst experience with you guys and I'm reluctant to shop and paid in advance. I have seen so many people are tortured by you. If I will not get the product I will definitely go to the CYBER CRIME for this issue for sure with other guys and suit a case on you NANCY ARORA.

                                    Money not return in my account and money voucher are provided that is not working. my money is stuck and they are responding. try to many times customer acre not connect the call and drop a mags in help desk but they are proper reply.
                                    still my money is stuck what i have to do..??
                                    my worst experience of this site.. 899 rs money is my stuck in site.

                                      This is regarding one of my order which i placed on 03/3/2016 17:07:54. I received the product but the quality of the product is non wearable. I returned it and they initiated coupon for the 1, 398 where as i paid 1448.00 rs. I have informed that through email that i do not purchase anything from there site and i want refund of the amount. From that time sss stop responding. They closed my complaint request as well without resolving the ticket. Please find the complaint no. #286408. Please look in to this and help me on this. Looking forward for a positive and quick response and strict action against this fraud company.
