I ordered shoes from street style store. It was a prepaid order. But I never received my order. I tried contacting them many times but they are not answering my query. It's been more than 45 days since I placed my order. My order number is 623838. And now I got a call from bookmypacket saying my order is delivered. I never got the packet. They never called me. The site is nothing but fraud site. Either give me full refund not gift voucher but deposit the money in my card which was used to pay you guys or I want the shoes which I ordered. It's been 45 days but no response from your site. This is sick.

It's been almost 2 months I have placed order in this site also paid to internet banking. I haven't got my order yet. Customer service line all be always busy. Had already mailed 4 times always the same reply as we all Mark it as priority. I'm fed up with this service. Pls do credit amount into my bank. My wait is over. Pls do help me with this. It is fake site. Pls do help me to refund my amount.

Hi, my this complaint is regarding my order, i made on april 7th for a product of worth rs. 599/-. I received the order on around 15th of april.

After that i placed the required to replace the order with the different size and that did on 17th april. They picked my product by the very next day and provided the slip. I uploaded the copy of receipt/slip on website as per the process. Now, after 17th april, its 16th may, i haven't received my product.

After my 2 or 3 emails asking about status, they sent an email and mentioned that due to lack of material or something the delivery will be delayed by 3 to 6 days and now its more than 10 days of that email. After that email, i sent 2 more emails (Aggressive emails no doubt) but they are not bother to reply for even a single email.

May i know the solution for this or compensation.

Kindly refer to order No dated 9th April 2016 with Street Style Store.
As per the site the standard delivery time may vary from 3 to 21 days. i had written an email requesting timely delivery as I would not be present at the delivery address after 31st. No response what so ever. so i asked them to cancel my order if it was not possible for them to deliver in the standard delivery time. i then get an email from a Navdeep Singh explaining hoe they were a start up company etc and another email stating that the shoes will be delivered within 24 hours. this was on 5th may. i asked them if it was possible to be delivered at different address, but no has replied to the several emails i have written.
Neither have i received my items nor has anyone replied to my constant mails. I have cancelled my order and just wish to let you know that if my money is not refunded within 2 days I will taking this matter to court.

We made a purchase for 2 shoes and 1 sandles.
It had been almost a month, infact more than one. Why have you stated a policy of 21 days when you cant fulfill it?
We need those products asap as we need to go out of station. There is so much customer dissatisfaction that you should cancel the order if you can deliver the product or just close your online portal.
You dont even pick up the call.
I need my products within this week.
Please see to it that the products are delivered asap.

please refer my order No 634864 dt 19 April 2016 for Rs 1898 with Street Style Store.
A Mr Atul Naggi replied to my mail that the items would be delivered within 21 days etc etc.
I have not received my items neither does he reply to my mails. I am unable to call them as there is no number. I am reporting this to the police and will take him and this company to court.

I have been waiting for my order for a very long time now. My order no. Is 602282 and it was placed on 30th march 2016. The status says "check the dresses". What does that even mean?
I need a phone no. To connect with someone who is responsible for this and who can assure that i'll get my order asap. If you cannot deliver the order please refund my money asap.

I ordered 3 sandals at rs 999 on 7 april and my order no is 619861 i got my order on 2 mayafter 25 days but when i opened it the quality of the shoes were cheap and one was of different size so i called the customer care no but no one recieved it and the no was always busy and i couldn't log in but i'm sure that my emailid is correct i just want to return the shoes and get my refund money

I ordered a product which was pathetic and delivered after 2 months. Then i requested for return and refund. They replied after another one month picking up the product and forcing an exchange upon me saying there is not return and refund policy. I do not want any product from them but i am forced to buy since they are not willing to refund my money. Gundagardi! So when after frustration i went to order another product of same price using the code they have given of my credit slip, it says "access denied".I tried it a couple of times. It says to contact customer care. When i contact, not even once in these four months of frustration from these scammers have i been able to reach them. It is always busy! When i email them to call me. No one ever calls. So, these cheaters are neither refunding my money nor letting me exchange, nor letting me reach them. If they do not refund my money i will do a police complaint and i know custom officials. Their office will be raided.

I'm new to this online shopping website called Street style store. I'm trying to sign up so that I can make a purchase. .but I'm not able to do so because when I'm entering my email ID to create an account with the website. .it says invalid email ID. .I've attempted a number of times but to no avail. .please help me. .and I'm 100 percent sure that the email ID I've entered is correct. Why is the website rejecting my email ID. .is it a fraud...

I ordered a ladies chappal on last month 13th till yet today i havent got that product. I did the payment through debit card.. Order no is 633065. Still yet now i cannot track the product. I messaged in sss desktop.. Till yet now i havent got a reply from them. If they are not ready to give the product atleast give back my money.. Or else i may be going to court to register a complaint against them. They are making customers to be a fool. I did payment through online. I have lost my money..

Its been almost a month I have not received any update from them till date about the delivery of my product. They do not answer the phone calls or mails either. When u call their number kept busy all the time. I am trying to track my order but it is not showing the track id. Asking them to either deliver my order or cancel it and refund the money. There is no response from the site. No contact number is working. They seems to be a fraud company..

I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 11 april 2016, order no. #628902, from the http://streetstylestore.com/ and have already paid to online. They have policy of maximum 21 days of delivery but it is more than 32 days i have not received the product. This company is fraud and need to be officially closed, a strict action need to take against it. No clear response to customer & no customer value. I want my money back & i ll suggest my nearby people not to buy from the sites like street style store. Cause of like these company, i ll not going to do online shopping ever.

So the problem started when i did the big mistake of ordering shoes from this company. After waiting for 25 days i finally received the shoes that i had ordered. Upon arrival i see they are horrible. None of them fit me and that wasn't the only issue, my feet couldn't even slip into it, if one fits another doesn't. So i place the return request and that guy comes to pick it up in another 10 days.
So they after 20 days finally issue the credit note and i again place the order. I was not interested in their shoes anymore and wanted my money back but i had to reorder,
It has since been 1 month 4 days since the reorder and i still don't have my shoes, after several mails sent to the help desk of sss. Those people claimed to make claims that i will receive my package. Now this horrible company doesn't even reply to my messages

All i want to know are they running a scam company or what?

Dear Sir, ref my order no. 617355 dt 4th april 2016 paid by debit card is not dispatched even afrer 40 days .i am not getting any response of several mails send by me. i have asked for refund of my amount as i am not interested in this product but they are not giving any reply.it appears it is a fraud company just collecting the money . in future also i am not interested in buying any product from street style store . i need my money back. regards rakesh bhutani

I ordered it 1 month before but still didn't get any response. I have mailed them number of times but they are not responding anything about it neither their call is reachable. The number given on website is not at all working.
My product cost is 899 Rs which is already paid. I also have not received any message regarding it.
Kindly have a look on my complaint and I hope it will be resolved at the earliest.

I have ordered a product 2 months back and i received it after a month. I raised a ticket for its replacement immediately and i have paid for it. The product id is 597477 and the replacement reference number is pmybowyav.

Can you tell me when will i receive this order as i am unable to contact the site through their customer care number. I have been trying to contact the site for so long and there is no response from other end. I am waiting for the product as i have paid for it.

Invoice #IN639157 have paid through credit card an amount of 1299. I don't have any confirmation from the seller. no tracking details, no customer care number. I feel its a fraud company. I want my money back or delivery of my order.
I have written many emails but only ticket is being raised. No response.
Some action is to be taken, or more people will be cheated.
I have attached the invoice for reference.
I need immediate closure.
Please assist.
