I had ordered a top and received the order which was of pathetic quality and of wrong size. Someone picked up the product within a day of writing to the helpdesk for an exchange.

Post that the vendor or the helpdesk seems to be absconding. No response to my several emails and calls. The voucher ID received from them is absolutely invalid so is their phone number.

I am never able to connect to their number and even if you do, no body cares to pick it up.

Inspite of writing to the helpdesk, there is no response or action from their end, its 25 days now. When they can pick up the product within 24 hours, why cant the customer emails / queries be responded at that time.

I was told that my money would be refunded however, there is action that.

I did a horrible mistake by ordering shoes (on[protected] from this pathetic website (STREETSTYLESTORE, SSS). This was the first time I didn't choose COD for payment, my biggest mistake. This is the worst website ever, they are fraud. Proper action needs to be taken against these deceivers.
I ordered shoes from this pathetic site, I didn't receive my product even after the deadline was crossed. After warning them I received my product, and guess what it was completely different from what it was shown in the picture. I requested for return. Knowing the amount of time they need to deliver, I thought it would be better if I choose same design but of different size. As I expected, deadline was crossed and I didn’t receive my product. I mailed them to either return my money or delivery my product. Instead of getting the product or money back in my account, these crooks gave me a discount coupon to buy another product from there website. Even after that I tried to buy a product of same price, but guess what that coupon doesn’t work.
I am trying to call them on their helpline number, but like any fraud website there phone line is always busy. I received mail from these people: POOJA SETH, KARAN BHATIA, ABHISHEK NAYAR. I don’t know whether it’s the company or the employees who are fraud, I want some action against them.

I had ordered 1 shoes from streetstylestore.com. The delivery was done in 1 week, however due to size issue i had to return and ask for a smaller size. the Small size which was delivered was defective. It had 2 buckles missing in 1 shoe. Also, the finishing was not proper. from 26th feb 2016 I am asking them to replace it or refund my amount of INR 1149. They are not responding only. Multiple mails I have send, no response. The contact no.[protected] A.M to 6 PM) never gets connected nor do they respond on email. I need help. Please help in getting my refund back.

The footwear I ordered came in a month to me .! That too of a very cheap quality .! The pics shown on the site are totally different than the product sent .!
Highly disappointed .!!! There are no returns on such filthy products and not even money refund.! Exchanging the product for what .? For another unexpected disaster .?????
Please improve the quality of the product .! Or return our money back .!

I have ordered three pairs of footwear on 12th March 2016.
There has been no notification about the delivery date of my order.

This is extremely poor customer service.

I have still not received any updates/products from this website for my order #541670. I have already made the payment and it's successful but it's going to be a month now and till now they have not given me tracking details or my products.Their contact no. listed[protected] on the website is always busy and if I send them email I do not get any concrete updates.

I ordered from them in january (My order number is nhhxwhgwo ) and did get my items quality was crap & cheap etc., i claim for exchange and my order never deliver to me as of now .I have sent couple of notes to customer service, no response from them .It's a complete fraud site .. Please stay away from street style store. It is the worst shopping experience ever ordered and can't get any answers, i do not wish this experience on anyone, you can't get in touch with anyone to find out where my parcels are if there are any at all, took my money got nothing in return,

I've ordered products worth rps 1700 on 11th march... I have not yet been delivered my products also they have not even told me a particular date of the delivery I've kept on sending mails...but they don't revert with a proper reply...Im also trying to contact them...but their number never gets connected...and worst part is i'd unfortunately made the payment of the products through debit card... Once Already had posted a complain here but there was no action hence I'm posting another complaint... Plz hell me out...

Its been 3 months and above they have not delivered the exchange product neither they are returning our cash .. They are not even replying to our mails neither contacting us .. Plss do help .. They said to return the wrong product which they delivered and we had done that payment is with them.. We had done it through card.. and now they are not replying nor returning our cash .. Firstly they delivered totally another product which was not even near to the picture shown on their website now they are doing this.. Then they are continuously sending mails to contact .. And replying us after weeks or months.. I've told them to contact us on our given numbers but they ate not even doing that.. This is a very unappreciated behaviour from these people .. Please look forward to this.. It'll be a great help as its more than 3months.. Thanks!!

What is wrong normally a courier takes 7days to deliver the parcel.
I am going out on 29th March 2016 for 10days I have prepaid my money so i can get the delivery as soon as possible. I regret now to order from such a website who are not able to deliver the product in 7days also.
Can you guys give me some reply for my Order: GIEKQBIWF as soon as possible as i am going out for which i had ordered shoes ?

If you people want to do fast delivery do it i will pay you extra for that but send me till Monday or i have to unfortunately cancel my order as the situation is do reply me.

I had ordered on 26/01/2016 and according to his delivery policy, it takes 3-21 days for delivery the products but now more 2 months have been completed and still i did not received any product. i did payment through online so i have been lost rs.1, 199/-. still product is not delivered.

I have ordered a top online on 1-Jan-16, however, I have no update on the same. The order number for the same is 429961. I also have the invoice. Their numbers mentioned on the site doesnt work, no body bothers to reply on mails. I have been constantly following up with them on FB Messenger. All I have been always assured is that I will get my order soon. I also asked them to refund my money. But haven't received my order nor the refund money. I have all the chats/ proofs for the same.

I have been following up on an order( no 500139) since January ... it was placed then, however, the date after sometime changed to 8th February, because dispatch was not done! No problem... but the sad part is that dispatch is still pending every 10 odd days I get a mail that its on priority but yet nothing happens. My mistake... I prepaid the order... and your customer care phone never works ... while your site promises immediate attention yet I have emails which have collected the dust in your inbox am sure ...
