I ordered 3 pants but when i opened the package i only got 2 pants then i tried contacting with street style store but it always said 'executives are busy'

Right after the items were delivered I initiated a return request for a few items amongst them. The company contacted me a lot later and sent me messages regarding the pickup details, along with the number of the delivery partner. The delivery partners have been cancelling my pickup request since the past 5 attempts, without even contacting me and they donot even respond whenever I try to contact them. Also a "pickup failed"
"you cancelled the request" message is sent to me at the end of the day by the delivery service. Had I known that the company's customer handling skills are so negligent, I wouldn't have ordered from this site. Extremely disappointed.

I have ordered 2 tops and 1 pant on 21st September 2023 for ₹1199. Received it on 24th sept 2023 but did not liked the quality so I put return request(but it is showing in exchange request) . Okay then on 26th or 27th i gave it for return. Now the issue is
I did not received the refund or exchanged product.

I'm trying to call customer care since 2-3 days but it is always busy.
Please resolve my issue.

I had ordered a top with order no. 8108280 but when i received it, it did not fit me right so I requested for a return and the delivery guy has collected the order from my place today but i have not received any credit note yet, thereby I request SSS to give me my credit note.

I have ordered one sweat shirt, but it's quality and fit is very poor ... so I wanted to return but till now they have not resolved my issue, instead of that.. the status of order is showing ( credit note given) which I'm unable to use . Tried calling customer care no... so many times... it's showing all our executives are busy... it's very disappointing that sss has no time to resolve customer queries... and really I have no clue now ...

I am unable to cancel my order just because it's shipped? What if I want another color or change one item with another? you deliver late at one point I can deal with that but why can't I cancel my order? I don't want you to work hard when I won't be able to be there to receive it. This is such an inconvenience to us.
