I ordered a heels keeping around pink heels - size 40.
I payed via cc avenue because it was extra 50rs for cod.
Money has been deducted from my bank account and i have not even got a confirmation email from sss regarding my order. And when i open my sss account in "my orders" section my orders is not updated. I even e-mailed from my registered email id to the mail id provided but didn't get a reply. My order no. Is 8386009. Kindly resolve my problem asap please.

My order placed on march 3rd is not yet delivered.. I need it on 13th april as am leaving the country soon.. I contacted them through mail but there replys are computer automated.. When i call in the customer care they are saying all lines are busy.. They are not even mentioning the estimated delivery date... I ordered many pairs of tshirs shorts shoes.. For 4600rs.. I think im going to lose that money.. Plz do help me

I order two pair of footware from this store on 15th march and today is 6th april, that's a month.
I already complaint this on the website of the store but they haven't replied back. The payment was a card payment and the money has already been deducted.
I would like some kind of assurance that i will receive my order and if not i want my money back.
Please help get my order or money back.

Itss been more than a month, i have not received the order... It's a fake company... No one bother to reply... No one tells the status of my order... E-mailed them so many time.. No one is bothered to reply...

You guys promised a credit note but then initated an exchange i do not want anything but a credit note instead of the freaking pathetic quality shoes. Please understand just simply issue a credit note to me ill buy something else what i want to. Its really simple issue me a credit note: i am tored of explaining

This site is fake, they took money and didnt gave the order, this site should be banned, i tried to contact the customer care people they are not responding, its showing that all lines are busy the whole day, worst management. Please report this site, they are just stealing money.
Since 2 months order not received

I ordered 2 set of clothes on 24th march which i wanted to get delivered on or before 10th april. I raised a ticket for same and received a response that they will try. However the product has not been dispatched yet and i have already paid for it. Also the customer care is not responding to my calls and messages. This is the worst shopping experience. This is really the worst site with the worst service I received really reallly cheap quality shoes from them and thus i tried to contact them but couldn’t then i sublittes sevral complains here then the promised me to give a credit note but now they are saying that they will exachange the size. My problem is not only the size but the disgusting quality the shoes aree the cheapest. I want to change the shoes i got with another item ans then they promised a credit note but now they have changed. I wanted to change my shoes with the knee high blonde something named shoes. But i don’t understand what are you guys doing, like do you understand english? I do not want the shoes i recieved

I placed my order on 16 february 2019. I had ordered 3 tops and 1 heels. I received the heels within few days whereas i did not receive my tops. I have already paid for my order (Rs. 1049) and i haven't received it yet, it has been more than 21 days and i either want my money back or my order to get delivered quickly. It is sheer incompetency of the company.

I purchased three shoes from this website and now i want to exchange two shoes from them but website have no option for exchange and thier customer support is also not available for customers and helpline number is always busy.
Please help us in this website is mentioned that first exchange will be free and next will be charges and i am ready to pay delivery charges because without exchange this both product is useless for me but no response from this website i am very upset about this purchase or website customer support.

I am very dissatisfied with the kind of services this online store has provided.

I placed an order on 1st march and it's been almost a month that the order has not been delivered.

The order number in reference is #2678738.

Also, when i called the customer care the number is either switched off or not reachable.

I raised a complaint with them 3 days back and they put this order on "priority dispatch"... As per me priority is urgent; however, it's been 3 days it has not moved from their.

Priority dispatch remains their and i have not received any delivery information from them.

It's highly insane as when you needed the stuff the order was placed and now you are waiting for an order for over a period of 1 month.

This is a bad customer experience and being one i am disappointed and will never place an order with streetstyle store.

I request the sss to expedite my order or else refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i'll file a complaint against your'll in consumer forum.

This kind of negligence will not be tolerated.

I bought long shoes from street style store but when it arrived a very small part was damaged even if ignored that the quality was disgusting it was so cheapp.

They did bot reply to any calls or emails they have no proper service i posted some complains and then they promised me a credit note. They have taken my shoes back but no credit note has been issured or they havent eej called avoit it. The service is worsr they can give

Order number is #8313597. I had placed the order on the 16th of march. It's 1st of april now. I'have also been trying to contact street style store for through emails and i have not received any response from anyone. Inititially received the confirmation mail without a tracking id. There are no updates in the my order section regarding the status of my order.
The customer service support is pathetic
Kindly update the status atleast on a weekly basis.

My order number is #2679994. I had placed the order on the 3rd of march. I was supposed to receive it on the 23rd of march and it's 1st of april now. I've been trying to contact any person from street style store for about a week and there has been no response from anyone. I've mailed more than once about my problem but there was no response. I've also posted numerous queries on the website. Neither does the helpline work. I've received the confirmation mail without a tracking id. There are no updates in the my order section regarding the status of my order. This is the second time i'm experiencing delivery issues with your website. Maybe it's better to not order stuff from here unless you improve your services. Terrible service. This is extremely disappointing.

ZIPZGGPKQ order number- had applied for exchange. I had requested a size 38 but was sent the same size 37 back to me. I had requested a size up for exchange. They literally repacked my exchange product and resent.
Order Reference GTKDZZSXP - placed on 03/18/2019 i need this product to be replaced with a size 38. I have complaints every time I'm ordering.
The company literally doesn't entertain tickets that are reopened by the customers.
Please do the necessary changes as soon as possible. Hopefully you guys don't mess up this time. I am tired of complaining about this company.

With ref to Order Id 2710492, I placed an order on 8/03/2019. However later on i applied for exchange on 13th march.. But since then i received no updates. I even added a complaint here with order Id 2692739. They did reply on 16th March saying they will take at max 5-7 days(and my order is in priority). However it's been 15 days more, and I received no updates till now. And they do not reply to any mails or there is no call support. The customer support is poor that you need to register their complaint here.

This is frustrating. I have made my payment and therefore stuck here..!! All I am doing is checking for the update . this is the first and last time i have ordered and i will not recommend this to anyone henceforth.

At least let me know whether i am going to receive my products or not.. Or you can seriously return my money. It's not the way you deal with customers!!!
