Placed 2 orders. For #2541661, the product got cancelled saying it was out of stock. I was given store credits, and i placed a refund request on 28th november. It's been many days and the refund isn't even initiated yet.

For #2517586, it's been nearly a month and i have received no information on the delivery.

They are not replying to my emails. Not picking up phones. Not delivering my products. Not refunding my money. I feel i will have to take legal action against this fraud company.

I ordered two boots from street style store on 17th November 2018. I haven't received it yet. Also there is no customer service number to call. And they don't respond to emails. I need the product ASAP. PFB the screenshot of the order details.

My order number is 2481728 . It's been 40 days since I ordered, still not received the product nor proper response from SSS . I never expected such a bad service . At least refund the money if product can't be delivered. When checked the status it shows "entry not allowed" .

It's going to be a month and more than expected date of delivery but dey havnt delivered the order yet, not they have the order tracking system. I've two shipments to be delivered.. #2507591and #2505259. Please do the needful. At least dey shud have chat support or tracking system as dey r deluvering orders too late.

    I placed the order on 13th november, 2018. When i tracked the order the product was supposed to be delivered by 4th december, 2018. The product is still not delivered to my address. No further updates on the order. My account is blocked now and unable to reset the password to check the status of my order. The number for customer service is not reachable. I am very much upset about it. Worst service ever.

      It has been saying priority dispatch for months now and i still haven't gotten my order
      I've paid for this online and it is very frustrating
      I have been logging tickets about it for so long now
      And no actions have been taken
      Please deliver it right away or return my money.

      This is extremely frustrating for customers and this is the second time it's happening to me
      I wouldn't ever rely on this site again.

        I had placed a prepaid order with the street style store through their website. I ordered 3 pairs for 999 and then 2 pairs were sent for exchange and it’s been a month now that the delivery guy took them for exchange.in the beginning they told me i’ll receive it in 5-6 days the next time they told me you’ll receive it today or tomorrow but now they have stop responding to my messages. I raised so many tickets on their website. Sent them instagram dms but in vain. Attaching the screenshots of the conversation with them, order id and other details.

          I've ordered 2 hoodies and it's been more than 21 days and it's not delivered yet! I made online payment of 1049/-. They aren't replying to my texts, emails. Very poor service. I loved there product and they aren't giving it now. They aren't even informing me about my order. You can't even track your order where it is, either it's been on its way or cancelled they never let you know about this. I've been texting them from so long and they aren't replying!

              I had ordered an item from street style store on 12 october 2018 and made an online payment of ₹734. It's been nearly 2 months now but i haven't received it yet. I have complained about it several times to the company through mails and calls. Now they have stopped replying to my mail and phone calls. This type of behaviour is extremely unprofessional. And it has created an inconvenience for me. It is very important for me to receive this order. Last year too they cancelled my order without informing me.

                I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 17th november with the order id 2520144 and it's already 8th dec. Have not received even the dispatch message and thr tracking id. Customer care number provided on the site is of no use.. I ordered it for the first time and is very annoyed from my experience. It has been 1 month and 1 day since I have ordered the product. As per telephonic conversation, I was told that by 2-3 days the product will be dispatched. I am waiting for the dispatch message so that I can mark my complaint as resolved but I think it will take 1 more month. I swear this is the first and the last time I am using this website. Not any more. You people kill our excitement. I just hope my order comes as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered a pair of boots on 13th nov 2018... The order was supposed to be delivered anytime between 3-21 days... It has been almost a month now.
                      I have received a very late mail which provided a link to track my order. But the status is still showing "in transit" for the last 4 days.
                      This is my first time ordering from this website and i'm totally regretting it.
                      No other sites take this long to deliver...
                      At least, update the status of the order.

                          Order no 2551865. I placed 3 for 999 shoes offer order on 4 dec 2018. I made payment by card. While making payment several attempts were made then it confirmed the payment. I changed my shipping address before payment, but after i paid my shipping and billing address were same. I tried changing it. But there was no change in invoice. I waited 2 days to get any update regarding my shipping address and order info. But there was no notification of change in address. Tracking info is not there. Since there is no update regarding status of delivery. Please deliver the order within 1 week. And you guys dont have a contact system. All my emails are unanswered. Please deliver the order soon and provide the details. Otherwise initiate the refund.

I tried to contact them but the number given on the website is a wrong number and even i tried to email them several time but no reply has been given. This is the slowest shopping website i have ever seen they dont have any respect for their customer....

                              I ordered three dresses from street style store on 15/11/2018 and i'm yet to receive it. I have also made an online payment of rs.1259. There is no information regarding my order since the date of placing the order and i have sent mail to the customer care for more than three times and there is no reply. Also i pinged them on the instagram page and there is no reply.
                              It's high time these kind of stored should get shut down. They are just fraudsters who take the money from customers and don't care about the delivery. They should be sued.

                                Orders - 2513342 and 2514625. Not only was my order split, i haven't received any updates regarding the status of the order afterwards. It was placed on 13/11 and i am yet to hear anything regarding it. None of the supposed customer care contact numbers work and the emails go unanswered and unacknowledged!!! What is the company playing at??? If the products cannot be delivered, i would very much like to be informed and also want the due refund process initiated. At least give me my money back!!!

                                  I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes which i had given for replacement for size 37 (Had ordered 36 which was small) pick up was done by one of your guys but the replacement item was not delivered till now. A month has passed almost and neither refund nor replacement has been done yet.

                                    Hi, i ordered from your site, and haven't got the order yet. I wrote an email twice and a message some 9 times and a message on instagram, and haven't got any reply from your end. Also, there's no update regarding my order. This is a really careless attitude. Please tell me how do i get my money back so that i can order from somewhere better. Even international sites provide better services than you! Your phone number is not valid!
                                    Horrible service from your end, would never want to order from you or recommend you to anyone else!

                                    This product is taking too much time in manufacturing so I am sending you this mail to enquire, if we can cancel the order and initiate the refund for the same.

                                    It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

                                    Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again and we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. It’s just that we got unlucky this time.

                                    If there is anything else we can do, let us know.

                                      I placed my order on 17-nov-2018. I haven’t recieved any dispatch mail yet and it is showing as 8 dec as the delivery date. I have not get any mail after the acceptance of payment as i have already done online payment for my order. Itsbeen 19-20 days since my order and no info about it. Please give some realtime info regarding my products or else i have to go forward for some action. I cannot recieve a order placed for winters, in summers. I need a reply against this with valid convincing evidence.

If the delivery time is mentioned theyshould be delivered by the time. I’llbe filing a complaint -FYI. Give me a proper date or make the dispatch happen earliest. This issue is not resolved till I get my order.

                                      Updated by sunidhisharma95                                       Got a call claiming to be from SSS and they said that they have cancelled the order abd askd for my card details to refund money. Kindly confirm it was a actual call . Iam lodging a complaint regarding this site to income tax department as well. I want a explanation or else we will be at your store. Reply with proper explanation and info regarding the order.
