I placed an order 25th december but received only one part of the order since they split the order. My order has not even been dispatched yet it has been exactly 16 days since i placed it i have made several complaints before but i haven't received any response and the customer care number does not receive the call at all. It was supposed to l be a birthday gift but now its already 5 days later. I am very disappointed in your site and customer service. This was by far the worst shopping experience. 12/10 won't recommend it to anyone if i don't receive my package soon enough. You have a great collection of clothes but if you keep treating your customers like this soon there will be none. Please look into this matter fix this as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received a call from the store and a man informed me that my products will be our on priority dispatch or something . I am hoping I receive my products soon . My order was placed on 11/26/2018. It's been 16 days which is a lot if you ask me since it is based in India itself. Most international brands "shein" "romwe" have started delivering the products within a week.
