    deleting my account

    I need to make another account on this site and for that i need my phone number but since it is connected with is account i can't use it so that is the reason i want to delete this account and start a new one. Please tell me a way to delete this account i searched a lot but i couldn't find anyway to do it. Please look into this complaint and answer me as soon as possible...

    Hi,

    I placed my order on 12th october, 2018, the order no. Is #2466064. I have already paid for the product and their maximum date for delivery is 21 days. It has been over 25 days and they have neither delivered the product, nor answered any of my queries nor they have mailed anything regarding status of the product.

    I have tried all possible ways to contact them, they are replying nowhere.

      The product that i have received is of very low quality. I want to return those tops and i want my money back into my account.
      I want ur contact no. So that i can directly talk to you.
      I had ordered 4 tops out of which i cancelled the delivery of first 3 orders. But this site has no cancellation process. They dont cancel the order once placed which is absolutely nonsense. Secondly, i have returned one top on 2 nov 2018 and i have received no msg regarding the refund of the money. Third, i have again sent an appeal to take back two other tops bt no confirmation msg has come.

      I placed 2 orders #2456582 on 5th of October and #2459128 on 7th of October. They still are in the priority dispatch though the company claims to deliver the products within 21 days. Kindly do the needful to resolve the problem. You should respect your customer's time.

        It has been a month since i've ordered products from their site, they have neither delivered the products nor are they replying to any mail that i've sent so far. They do not have a customer care executive and no matter how many mails i send them they do not attend to the matter. This is highly unprofessional behaviour and since the order for 1365 is prepaid i consider this amounting to theft

        I ordered three pairs of shoes from sss on 9/10/18. The order was expected to be delivered in 21 days, till 30/10/18. But the order is not delivered yet. The order id is 2463802. I have emailed other issues earlier but still the order is not delivered.

          I had ordered 3 dress under 3 for 999 order #2494661 as of 31 Oct 2018 and had already paid the amount of Rs 1240 online for this order, but I still didn't get any status update for this order. On their website order status is "Payment accepted", I wan to know when this order will be processed as it is more that a week now and still no updated status.

          Just let me know the exact date till when this order will be delivered as I have checked the status it is still same as it was previously i.e "Payment accepted" and yet not tracking ID given to this order. I need this by next Wednesday as it is more than 15 days now, you guys are having the worst service, kindly confirm to whom I have to call.

            My order is #2460029. I have ordered my tops a month ago and it hasn't even been out for delivery till date. What kind of a website is this? Very irresponsible. Have been submitting many complaints in the website and received reply only for a view. And the reply says it will deliver them soon. But i cannot see any progress. See to it that my order reaches me soon and i shall not recommend this website to anybody.!

                I had 1 order, on 12th october, the delivery date is of 2nd november. I have no information about the order now. You guys are not responding to my mail or the complains i registered to your site. I have no place to inquire about my order as your contact number is also not accessible, each time it says that our executives are busy and the call gets diconnected. I have gravely disappointed and never going to suggest sss to anyone now on.

                I have already paid for my order. And you guys do not even have the courtesy to keep your customers posted about the order?? I am fed up of trying to contact you guys!!!

                Atleast let me know where the order is??? I waited patiently for over 20 days, and i am a patient person, i can wait for a week or so more, knowing that you guys aren't amazon; but atleast let your customers know the whereabouts of the order?

                My order was initially just 1, later on it has gotten split, i have no idea why. Anyway, the order numbers are following :

                Order 1 : #2466195
                Order 2 : #2496711

                It says it is in priority dispatch, but i don't see any updates on your priority dispatch. My order was supposed to be delivered today, but i don't think it is going to be, is it??

                Please let me know the status of my order?
                You have already passed your promised delivery date, at least give me a confirmed date now as to when you are planning to deliver it?

                You make customers feel like beggars, worst customer support. Have some shame and improve on it, if you don't want your site to be so infamous.

                Ps : this is my second complaint as my first complaint didn't get any response.

                They did not do anything. The order was still delivered 10 days later than the promised date as they forgot about the order till the delivery date arrived. They rarely responded/took responsibility for their mistake. They stopped replying once they shipped the order, as if talking with the shipment company was my job. THE COMPANY DID NOT TAKE ANY STEPS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I am just closing the complaint as I have received my order. IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY. 0 VALUE FOR MONEY.

                I received mail and call from you guys, but none of my order is delivered yet.
                I was expecting it over the weekend as one of the order was shipped on friday, it's monday today, and I still dont have my order.

                Also, the second part of my order, your helpline guy had called and told me that it is also going to be more delayed as it is festive season; but I had ordered on 12th october, it wasn't a festive season then.. why so much delay in shipping?

                I would appreciate if I get both my orders this week. Its been really delayed.I will mark this as resolved once I get BOTH my orders.

                I was told that I will get it by today, but I have not. The tracking number given is also not working. Can you guys check with the Delhivery guys and let me know or ask them to deliver the order on priority??

                This is so pathetic SSS. I'm really saddened by your support and the repeatedly missed delivery dates.

                Many a times the dresses are required for occasions, but these people have no value for it. I ordered 5 dresses, 2 of which I required for 2 events, I received them on monday, 12th November, 10 days after the promised delivery date of 2nd November, which was 22 days later than the date I ordered the dresses on : 12th October.So basically, they required 31 days to deliver the dresses. Had I known this before hand, I would not have placed my order, worse, you guys don't respond to your customers, your customer care support is extremely sad, the responses are inhuman and you HARASS your customers making them feel like beggars of the products they have paid for. Eventually, for both the events I had to buy a dress in a hurry from near buy clothing stores, all in all, I'm never ordering from SSS ever again. Neither would I suggest it to anyone. Rather I'm going to take steps on all my social handles to make people aware of this fraudulent site by sharing my experience.

                There are lot of other such budding sites, who care for their customers, who are not as arrogant as you are. I'm not here to promote any other sites, so I'm not going to name them, but surely, any option would be better than this sucky experience which I had from SSS.

                Although 1 of the dresses is very loose and doesn't fit me(although I picked the same size for it as of the others, basically I opted for the same size for all my dresses), and although it is again an example of your fraudulence, I'm not gonna request for an exchange, coz I dont want to have any business with you guys anymore, ever. It was my mistake that I didn't believe the online warnings on quora/twitter/FB/Insta; I really should have believed those reviews about you.

                Finally I can avert myself from this ARROGANT, FRAUDULENT and MOST PATHETIC site.

                Closing this complaint on consumer forum, but I'll make sure everyone knows about your true colors :) I'll make sure the word spreads, if it hasn't spread enough already.
                It's been over a month, I haven't received my order which was placed on SSS. This is pathetic. How can you be so casual with your customers? Shut down your [censored] site if you don't know how to run it. I feel like to sue against this site. I want my order within two days else I will make sure to screw up your site.

                  I ordered three pairs of flats under the offer buy 3 for 999. The order no. Is #2431771. I wanted to exchange two of them. They didn't turn out to be the way i expected. Look pretty cheap and i have quality issues. The quality is very different from what i expected.
                  The main issue is that there is an option of changing the size but the not exchange. But as i did not like the pair i bought due to the quality i would really like to exchange it.

                    My order Delivery status is not being shared with me and the company is not responding to my complaints and mails.

                    I ordered on 12th October and paid online for the same :

                    Today for some reason they have split the order as following :
                    Order 1 : 2466195
                    Order 2 : 2496711

                    I mailed them, tried calling them but no one is responding to either my mails or my calls. The executives are busy since an hour and the mail response have been delayed for over 24 hrs. Not able to find tracking details even on the website, neither I have any mails from them post the order confirmation.

                    and I expected a delay in order so I waited till now. But I started to enquire about it

                        I received a two different sizes for each footwear and exchanged it to receive yet another wrong size.
                        I have been trying to reach you and nobody responds.
                        I have reopened the ticket 3 times and you have been closing it without resolving. This is extremely disappointing. I have been shopping with you from a very long time and i have never faced any such issues. Please look into this and resolve. Asap.

                          My order i'd is 2349323.
                          I gave the product for exchange as it was faulty (The straps were tilted) also a small size. I ordered a 40 now.
                          The pickup happened last week. The delivery man said it will come back in 2 days. However it has not.
                          When will i receive the proper one back?

                              You guys take money before in hand and are not bothered to deliver the product?
                              I am writing a complaint 5th time. No replies for any.
                              Atleast make a proper gateway for customers to reach you.
                              I want my order to be delivered asap.

                                I would like to complain about street style store and i have also recently complaint about them about a replacement order for which i received an email today that it was cancelled due to out of stock of the product and i placed this order on april. The order no is gmosqbxd. They have provided me a voucher of rs 300 in return which is wrong as when i placed the order i availed it under an offer which was buy any 2 products of amount 699 for 999 rs. I have received the first product but for second product they cancelled and refunded it for 300 which is a loss for my side. I would rather return both the product and get my 1000 rs back. I have mailed them but there is no reply. Can you please look into this. I made this complain and received a reply from sss that it will be updated to 524 rs but that was on 25 oct and they said it will be done in 24 hours and still it hasn't been done and its been more than 24 hours. Please help

                                  I ordered on 23 september, it has been more than one month. I havent received the order yet. I have raised the query so many times but they just forward the automated mail. Worst service ever. I though i would receive my order as they mentioned i. E by 14 october. I wont be available in my delivery address from november 5 onwards. And even if they send in november i wont be able to get the product ever. I have wasted my money on them!!! Worst ever. If they send delivery so late then they should have mentioned in the website instead of promising to deliver in 18days. Please i want my delivery in next 5 days or i want my money back.

                                    This is the worst ECom platform ever I had shop and I am not going to recommend it to anyone I had order a bag #2451603 order on 2nd October till now order is not yet shipped. But they promised as shown while placing the order I will get it within 3-21 days now it is more than 21days, if you are not able to proceed the order then refund the money in my bank account. And on top of that no way to contact any customer service team how you guys manage your platform god knows. Whenever ask for a help and auto generated email will always come I want my bag if you can't do that then refund the money in my bank account. Kindly revert me on this

                                      Its been more than 10 days since i said them that i would like them to refund the money in my sss account like an voucher or as an credit slip that i can use later in my future for shopping from sss! But they keep asking me one question only that is about my bank details! I am not intrested to get the money in my bank account! I would like to get the money in my sss account as an voucher/creditslip itself! Please do something for my refund! The total amount is 1888 rs. (1364 from card payment and 524 was my previous voucher balance) so please tell them to pay the total amount of 1888!
