What the hell is happening street style store. I ordered my order on[protected] and today is[protected]. It's now going to be a month. My order is paid and I haven't received it yet. A delivery boy arrived to my loc. On one day, and he was so rude and abusing me on call. Also, he took back my order without even giving it to me. Since then I haven't received my order and Im tired of re attempting the delivery again and again. It shows incomplete address, whereas I edited the address two times. And it is right. This is such a bad service man. I really am thinking of not purchasing anything from street style store in future. This is hell bad. Please if you can help me in delivering my order ASAP. I would be grateful.

    My order ID is # 7448641. I ordered 3 items on 31/03/2023, which were of horrible quality. Since the company does not have refund option, I returned all the products and requested for AN EXCHANGE.
    I HAVE SEARCHED THE WHOLE WEBSITE, I CANNOT FIND AN OPTION TO EXCHANGE THE ITEMS. MY 1399/- RUPEES ARE WITH THE COMPANY.
    How do I take other items through the exchange?
    PLEASE HELP.

          Too much delay in delivery of the order

          I had placed my order on 14th of April.The delivery was supposed to be within 7-20 days. It had reached my city and place on 4th May and I haven’t received the Order yet. I wanted it by today because I’m traveling tomorrow.I will be out of town.There is no response to my queries raised.I hope to get the delivery made soon....

          I buy heels for 899/- and want to get exchange for the same or higher price but. From team no one is responding. I tried calling them before but no one is responding my calls. Raised tickets also but no resolution provided.

              As soon as my product was delivered, i opened it but was not satisfied with the fit, quality and finish. I immediately requested a return but the store said return was not applicable as per their policies. I then emailed them asking for an exchange if not return but there was no proper solution to my query. They AI generated mails said that i can initiate exchange from the order section but i had no option for exchange. At some point my mails to the help desk were not even valid as it said the email provided is invaled. I tried contacting on the given customer number many times but the call never reached any executive. The AI only said that the service employees were busy even though on google it said the line is very far from being busy. I have attached screenshots of my mails n call logs. Please help me to recover me money. Thank you

                I placed an order with order ID: 7533554 on 20th April 2024 wilth prepaid payment (details attached). At the time of order, delivery date was showing 26th April. Whenever I check delivery date gets extended. I raised a query on the website and they are saying a customer executive will contact me. No one has contacted me ever since. It has been More than 15 days now and my order delivery date is extending only. I want the refund along with penalty as these people have wasted my so much time. This is not the way to do business and make fools out ofCustomers.

                Please look in the matter and do the needful.

                  I am Badshah Krutik from Surat, Gujarat and I hve ordered on 14 and 16th April and I got it with order I'd[protected] &[protected]. But, from them, remaining 3 t-shirts got size issue and also I generated return from their official website. However, the total pieces of t-shirt for exchange is 3 but, on their website, there are shown only two t-shirts. As I successfully generated 3/3 t- shirts in exchange product. Even I do self courier to their return on 27th April 2023 and today is 3rd may 2023. not only that, I have tried so many times to reach them but unfortunately they didn't pickup my phone.So kindly take it seriously and give my exchanged t-shirts 3 out of 3 t-shirts without any delay. Here are proof of that 3 t-shirts.Please sir take it seriously.

                      Ordered on 1st, recieved on the 14th, exchange request on 15th not yet recieved, told me i ll recieve it in 7 days, no option to track order, havent been replying to my continuous queries, no refund. I need to go on. A teip. I either need money back or my parcel.

                              I ordered three tops for 1199 inr almost three days ago. It was prepaid through bhim upi. The money was deducted from my account but the order was not generated. I called the customer care number but no one is answering my call even I made a complaint over the portal for thrice but again no one is responding submitted my complaint there. I have been trying to speak with the customer care executive for many times but no response there too. Nobody is taking my call. Either generate my order or i want my refund.

                                  I ordered two item one month back. The size was small so I returned that after communicating with sss customer care. They promised to generate credit note. But its been a month and they have not generated it yet. I think they have digested my money. Customer support is pathetic. I would like to fine them for 10 lakhs as I have invested my time and effort . I am frustrated. I really want to slap the owner of this fraud site. I dont know how the hell govt approve these site, . I want Consumer forum to block this site due to illegal things that they do.
                                  They digest our hardly earned money. I want the owner to be jailed for this inconvenience and fraud activity.

                                    Hi,
                                    I ordered two items order number #7461726 from sss one month back. I ordered it in maximum size. Somehow the size was small and it was not fitting me properly. I raised consumer forum complaint and they asked me to return product and they will initiate credit note for that.

                                    I have followed up almost 100 times via call and query. They dont respond to anything. I feel they robbed me and they are wasting my time and effort since 4 weeks. I am frustrated and depressed by calling and reaching out to consumer forum. They are not reliable. I want fine of 10 lakhs for all the effort and time I wasted. I want to sue SSS because their consumer support i pathetic.

                                      Hi I have ordered 3 dresses for my college fest almost before. The dispatch date was 20/04/23 at first. Then when 20th April arrived, it changed to 01/05/23, and now again after 5 days today it's showing 05/05/23. Like what's wrong with y'all. We place orders before events to wear it on the event just by seeing the last date of delivery than is shown. Why are you doing stuffs like this. Please deliver my order as soon as possible.
