My order is delivered. But later I exchange one product for a different size. But it's not delivered yet.i completed all my payments.its showing that RTO delivered.its been almost 2 and half months. How should we trust again. Please take any necessary action.my order id is 7613135

I got a notification about my order #7813522 having been shipped and realized that my address needs to be changed.
Can the order be shipped to the other address that I have registered in my account?

Hi I have returned 2 products and also got credit voucher but it is not showing on my refunds page and I am not able to refund you I am also trying to call and reach out to you but is not able to pls help me

I had purchased the product with order# 7424214 & 7433251 on 24.03.2023 and 25.03.2023 .

I have made payment twice due to technical fault and twice the amt deducted for amt 1797/- Rps With transaction id[protected]
[protected].

Also i have contacted the ICICI Bank and they have also confirmed via MAIL that, amt has been debited twice from my A/c and credited to their A/c which is also lying with ICICI Bank dtd 24.03.2023 and 25.03.2023.

And same also i have informed to SSS via mail, and their website but they are not responding to any of my calls, mails etc.

i have requested many times and have been following up with them since MARCH 2023. but till date- no response i have received.

I've requested for a exchange of my heels which were short for me so i applied for a bigger size.. My product was picked up successfully and i got the message also but it's been a week now and i didn't get anything in exchange yet and there is no update and when I try to contact the customer care service of street style store they don't response so please help me get my product I've already paid for it

As the days are passing by the dispatch date is getting delayed for every day.i no more need this order but the cancellation option is not available either
Also the order says that the shipping status has not been assigned which clearly means that the order isn't shipped yet therefore according to their policy I still need to have to option for cancellation
Anyways I no more need this order because I tried to contact them every way possible and the customer service says always busy please cancel my order and refund the amount of 799 back to my account as soon as possible

Its very frustrating now my ORDER # 7645156 was placed on 18/05/2023 00:23 and now its 28 june more than one month they didn't give my exchange order and took the payment from my side its a fraud company and i want my money back as soon as possible.
There is no response from there side no call no msg nothing they just took my money the dress

I ordered my product on 12th June'23. It was showing to be dispatched on 1st July, but now it is showing 8th July. I need my product by 5th July. Since it takes 3-21 days to dispatch and ship I ordered early. But now the dates are exceeding. Please help in some way so that I can get my product by 5th July.

This company is fraud. The never delivered my order which was placed a month ago, and not even giving any response. Kindly provide me my refund.
The number and email on their website is not working.
I want my refund as soon as possible.
Please don't go for this company, they qre total fraud.

I ordered men's regular fit shirt on 12th of June as a gift for my friend for his birthday (i.e 18th June) but i found out that it will be dispatched only on 19th of June so i wanted to cancel my order before it get dispatched because I won't be needing after 18th of june but there was no cancellation option on the order page. I tried to contact customer service from the number they have provided on the page but they didn't pick up the call. And may order got dispatched already but till today i.e 23rd of June, it's still in Delhi according to the tracking details. So kindly help me cancel my order and get a full refund.

So basically I ordered three tops and two of them came torn and very bad quality the worst products, i filed for return and they didn't give me back my money and are asking to buy something else rather than giving back my money this is ridiculous

Around one month ago i ordered a dress but i didn't like the fitting so on that day only i requested for exchange so they took the order very next day and from that day i am waiting for my exchange product i didn't get it also they do not respond to my emails or queries its very frustrating and i feel this company is completely fraud they took the payment my product but didn't give the order back they also don't give the refund it was my biggest mistake to order from SSS i just want to some actions so that i get my product or the refund.

There is too much delay in delivery of the order. It's been a month since I ordered the items but it still shows preparation in progress. I needed the dresses for a function.

My dispatch date shows 20days after i ordered my items and the customer number provided in website is always busy. Disappointing service sss is providing.

Kindly note that I have booked my order from your website which is worth Rs.1099 and the order no. is showing to me #7644892. Your site shows the product delivery time within 3-21 days, however, I have filtered some other people comment/complaint/ reviews about your service which are totally negative. No doubt, after sending several mails to you, my order status got updated from your side but the tracking number you provide me is not at all worthy because there is no data/information showing through that ID Number and that is 'Xpressbees Tracking number:[protected]'. Even, I not get the genuine response from your company's customer care number as I called on it today and found the same thing again and again that customer executive s are busy and all. After that I don't receive a revert from your side. Also these things, I have read from other persons about street style store. I really want to know that if your organization is really genuine then why you don't put the option of cancel or refund the order as it's been long time now, I don't get my order, so I want my complete money back as it is my hard earned money. So, do focus on it as soon as possible. Hoping that this mail recipient will genuine and get any revert from your side.
