Order id 2346201 i received the product very late and it was not at all up to the mark. The quality of the product is worse and also i got totally different products. I want my money back. From past few days i am writing emails to your help desk but getting no response. This is really very annoying. Very unhappy with the product and service. I need my refund or else i ll go to consumer court. Sss update me on my refund or else i have to take some strict actions.

I had ordered 4 pairs of footwear to an address in gurgaon. After confirming my order i recieved an invoice on my email which had that same address in ‘delivery address’. But today i recieved an email saying order shipped and in that invoice the delivery address is set to an older address of mine in gujarat. Now they are delivering my package to gujarat from delhi whereas i live in gurgaon. I used their useless customer service system to message them about this but there was no response from their side. I don’t know how they can make such a mistake.
I have been ordering from here for past 3 years but never ordering again.

I ordered 2 footwear (Order: 2346201), i received was wrong. But there was no response from their end. There is no customer care number. Therefore, i tried contacting them via email. Again, no response.

Saw multiple ads on instagram hence i tried contacting on their social media account, no guesses required, i got no response. Now i am stuck with unwanted footwear which i didn't order and i ended up paying for it!

And also i am unable to initiate an exchange. Please update about this as soon as possible.

Hi my order number is 2314055 and i have placed the order on july 9th its been one n half month still they product is not been dispatched is the product going to be delivered or no i have raised the query 3 times but still the same reply the estimated delivery is still extended long back is the product going to come or should i cancel the order. The worst service never they have given invalid contact number y do u want to fool ppl by giving offers i want the tracking information by a week or else will make a major complain against this

Actually I ordered something from streetstylestore almost two months back. I have done payment online.their last date of delivery has been passed. I raised complaint thousands of time.they just send a system generated mail in revert. I didn't get any acknowledgement or something in response to my complaints. Their customer care helpline number always seems to be busy ...don't know if they are genuinely busy or just ignoring the complaints of customers. Because I am trying their number from last one week day and night.so kindly please try to resolve this ASAP because I don't have much time and nobody wants to waste their time in complaining all day long.

Hi i ordered 3 products last 3 months ago.. The product not get delivred then sss team gave me credit note for money which is 1469 rs. So i ordered again new product to use that credit note because they don't have policy for refund money to bank account so they provide credit note and we can use that credit note to buy further products.. So my product not get delivered and they give me a credit note.. Then i ordered new product but still they are not delivering my product.. Now i dont want a product i wwant my money back to my account please lokk into issue,

Updated by Punam Mankar i ordered products last 3 months ago ..the product not get delivered then sss team gave me credit note for money which is 1469 rs. so i ordered again new product to use that credit note because they don't have policy for refund money to bank account so they provide credit note and we can use that credit note to buy further products.. so my product not get delivered and they give me a credit note.. then i ordered new product but still order hasn't get delivered

I just now checked my account history and i have still not got my refund for second order infact my mobikwik wallet also doesn't show any refund but your site shows that you guys have refunded and i have not recieved it this is fraud with me. It has been 4 months and i am never going to use this site of yours nor will i ever recommend it to someone. This is the worst customer experience i have ever experienced.

On your website it is showing that it has refunded for both but i have received only one refund.i am attaching the screenshot of my mobikwik wallet history. I even checked my account statement it also shows only one refund. I am extremely tired of this please refund for my second order.

I am very disappointed with the product delivered to me. I see the product looked entirely different on the site. Attached are the photos. If the product differs from the site, they should be notifying us. When the customers pay a price for the products, they should ensure they deliver a good quality product. As shown below, sneakers colour is Grey and Wedges are of Black colour, And they mention on the site that they cant exchange or refund...

I ordered three products from fake site named sss on 6 july 2018. After two weeks the products were delivered and i was in shocked to see that products were of the worst quality.in description the material of product is mention as "crepe" and when the product delivered to my address the material was "khadi". Even the buttons on the top are not same same as shown in the picture. After five days i had taken return policy of my products because the sizes are tooo large. Till now products are not delivered. Fake site worst quality products. I will mever recommend your site. If i will not get my products within 2 days i will further proceed against your site. Return my products as soon as possible or refund me. One more suggestion dor your fake site please do some work on your return policy and cusromer care.

I ordered on 9th july with order no. 2313883. Initially the oayment git deducted but they did not confirm my order after taking follow up for continous 5 days, my irder got confirmed stating that it’ll get delivered within 15-20 days.
Its been almost a month neither i get any update on my order nor they inform the exact status.
Initially they connected via fb messenger later on messenger says - account doesn’t exist! Now there is no mode of contacting them or locating their office at all!

Like they are running such a big scam! Shame!!
