[Resolved] Street Style Store — Defective product | |||||
I had ordered 1 shoes from streetstylestore.com. The delivery was done in 1 week, however due to size issue i had to return and ask for a smaller size. the Small size which was delivered was defective. It had 2 buckles missing in 1 shoe. Also, the finishing was not proper. from 26th feb 2016 I am asking them to replace it or refund my amount of INR 1149. They are not responding only. Multiple mails I have send, no response. The contact no.[protected] A.M to 6 PM) never gets connected nor do they respond on email. I need help. Please help in getting my refund back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Separate mailer with Defective product pics has been forwarded on the suggested mail id along with trail of followups. My registerd user id is bhavini.[protected]@wipro.com
Please find screenshot of the order details attached for reference. Also, initiate refund of the amount I paid i.e. INR 1149 as I do not want to buy products as I dont trust the authencity of the Products anymore.

By which date I can expect the issue to be resolved.. and what will identify the issue is result from the following:
1. Refund will be initiated
2. Credit not will be issued or
3. Same Product will be exchanged at no additional cost.
Let me be very clear .. I need a refund of INR 1149 only then will I consider as issue has been resolved.

As per our discussion on the call, I urge you to initiate a refund amount of INR 1149. Also, I have not recd any mailer yet.. Uncless a refund amount of 1149 is not initiate i would not consider this issue being closed.. If required please escalate the issue to the highest possible authority in your organization and arrange for a callback.
