[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Did not give product but took money

It has been 3-4 months that i have returned the ordered product of shoes and in exchange i was supposed to get a shirt and pant of same amount...and i have spoken to the lady who deals with customer service and she told me that it will be dispatched very soon...and i still haven't got it.. please help me get my money back or the item. as the pdf file is not supported i cant send here the picture.
