[Resolved] Street Style Store — exchange related issues | |||
Hi, I have ordered a product on 4th nov, 17 and the same was delivered to me on 11th nov, 17. I have raised the request for exchange the size and i need a bigger size-38. The courier company who delivered the product "shadowfax" picked up the product on 15th nov, 17. After that no one has contacted me about my order, also the website show - "pickup requested for exchange". Its been so many days and no one has contacted nor the site is updated. Can someone take action and give me the product otherwise return my money rs.774. How much time you will be taking for delivered a product.
