[Resolved] Street Style Store — Failure to deliver exchange order #716091 | |||||
To, I placed an order on 29th May2016 for two pairs of shoes. I got the shoes but opted for exchange as there were a size smaller and even quality was not good on 25thJune'16. The person from FEDEX picked up the product from my place and gave their waybill. I never got the exchange products even though complete payment was made. I have made several complaints and last month, after making another complaint, I got a reply stating that my order is on priority basis and that it has been marked as urgent. It's been 2months since I exchanged my order. Now They are neither responding me the exact dispatch date nor guiding me to cancel the order and get back my money. There is no option to cancel for already paid orders. Now if I don't get my money back then I have to complain in crime branch now. Order Id. 716091 Was this information helpful? | |||||
