[Resolved] Street Style Store — money got deducted but order is not yet placed

Hi, i have added multiple items into my cart and i made payment using paytm wallet, and money got deducted from my wallet but products are still in my cart and i haven't received any confirmation mail.
I have attempted payment today 28th oct around 11:15 pm.

Kindly resolve this issue, either place an order or refund my money.

Updated by Priyanka Kesharwani Hi, I got mail regarding order is placed but in sss cart products are still shown. I can't see the order in my account's order history and details. and I didn't get any message on my mobile number.
