[Resolved] Street Style Store — No response to customer complaint | |||||
Hi, I recently ordered a bunch of clothes from sss, which had genuine issues. The site displays no proper information in regards to clothes with false pictures put up. I spoke to hod of the department and she promised to deal with the issue. Post that they stopped replying to my mails altogether. How can a hod be so irresponsible and negligent towards a dissatisfied customer? I wish to return the products. Please get it collected asap. You cant force your products on customers by not responding to mails. This is highly unprofessional. Specially when the hod is in the loop. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I made payment of rupees 999 to Street style store from Mobikwik on 23rd June. But haven't received any order confirmation from them. The equivalent amount is deducted from my account.
