[Resolved] Street Style Store — No updates regarding Order | |||
Hi, I had ordered three pairs of footwear for Rs. 999 on 23rd March, 2015 with order #118091 on my office address. The next day I noticed that it is showing incorrect delivery address(my previous address where I had ordered last year) about which I immediately sent an email on [protected]@streetstylestore.com. I received an auto response saying they will get back to me within 24 hours. After receiving no reply i wrote to them again on 30th March only to receive the same automated reply again. Till date there is no clue about the order. The carrier is shown as FedEx but it doesn't have any tracking number. Can anyone help me?
