[Resolved] Street Style Store — Not able to check and track my order details.

I have ordered 2 products from street style store. My order is a prepaid order. The order details are not showing in my SSS account. They are not even replying to my mails and I have been calling them for last three they are not receiving the call and many times they have cut the call. I am really worried. this really an unprofessional behaviour. I cannot even cancel my order and get refund.

saloni shrilal khatri's response I have been trying to lodge a complain that I have received the wrong product. I have sent 4-5 emails but haven't receives any response. Also, we cannot connect to the customer care number ever. Order number: 1081097. I ordered 3 footwears. I received a wrong product, I ordered for 'Keep me in your heart for a while (marsala)' but received some other product. I didn't like it and so would like to return it.

Also, I received 'Beat up the block' in the same order. The heel color for each of the shoe in the pair differs and looks weird.

Updated by ankita anusruti listen, the issue has not been resolved yet. I'm giving all the details of my order but still you're giving me wrong details about my order. look, on a serious note I'm done with you guys. please! return my money. And its a very old order, dont cancel my recent order. in total i have two orders.

I order shoe on 4th november and its been more than a month, they have refused to refund neither they are sending the products, horrible experience...

I have used their products and found them nice as in the quality.

And now, I have ordered two boots for 1300/- (#IN1112595), Order No. Order No.- 1132326
As I have placed the order on 12th Dec 2016 and its still showing "preparation in progress". I have even emailed them regarding my query but never got any revert.
Earlier also two of my orders got cancelled without any information.
By when can I receive my order?
Request you to please be active on mails and provide us a correct contact number.
