[Resolved] Street Style Store — product not delivered as shown | |||||
I am very disappointed with the product delivered to me. I see the product looked entirely different on the site. Attached are the photos. If the product differs from the site, they should be notifying us. When the customers pay a price for the products, they should ensure they deliver a good quality product. As shown below, sneakers colour is Grey and Wedges are of Black colour, And they mention on the site that they cant exchange or refund the products. Seems more like the tactic used to fool the customers and gulp their money. I need a severe action to be taken against this site. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that the whole exchange process has been automated to make it a better experience for our customers. Now, you may initiate your exchange yourself. Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note/replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
