[Resolved] Street Style Store — Replacement of product not received

We made order 3 pair of shoes on 20th september, 2016. After receiving the pair of shoes we replaced 2 pair of shoes with the new shoes of different size on 4th october, 2016. Out of 2 pair of shoes, we received only one pair of shoe as on 12.10.2016 and another one is not replaced/returned by the street style store i. E. Vibes are good (Beige) - shoe size : 36

We send many mails to them for return the another one pair of shoe so many times and called them but there is no response received from them.

So kindly provide us the another pair of shoes. I. E. Ibes are good (Beige) - shoe size : 36

Street Style Store had provide me the voucher code HSW4BCEN against my complaint raised (Replacement of Product) but at the time of order of new pair of shoe they charged some extra amount on that order. If I already paid a sum of amount of my previous order than why should I Pay some extra charges on same order. When i called to them to solve this query but they were not received my call. Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Pinky bansal

We have issued you the voucher code of remaining amount Rs 333/-. Which you can use it for the further shop and it will be valid for next one year. You can visualize the same credit note in your registered SSS account in next 24 -48 hrs.
