[Resolved] Street Style Store — still didn't receive my order

I haven't received my order which was placed in november 2016!

I placed an order for a dress and i had some size issue with it so i returned it and they gave me a credit note worth the same amount as the dress
So i used my credit note and placed a new order for some other dress and since then i haven't received my order, they say its out of stock! And my money is stuck! I cannot get a refund and they don't even reply! Its a completely fraud site. Do not order.

material used in product are import from other countries, sometimes
the order delay.

Would like to inform you that you have placed an order with us of few products and the order has split and delivered but We regret to inform you that one product in order #PXOMWFPKK has been cancelled as the products are not
under production due to unavoidable circumstances.

Therefore we had refunded towards your order.
