My order number is 3471435
I had ordered 3 t-shirt’s from street style store on the 7th of july, 2020
I called them a few times during the estimated 3-21days and they said they still stand under the time limit and the order will be delivered soon
After the passing of 21 days of the order, i called them multiple times wrote to them multiple times on the site and i got no response. I’m highly disappointed. When i called them after the 21 days first, they said it will get delivered by 3rd august, 2020. It did not get delivered. I called them on the 3rd august they said it will get delivered on the 6th august, 2020. I called them on 6th and they then said it will be here on 9th august and now everyday that i contact them they tell me that it will here on a further day. I’m infuriated by this. It has horrible customer support.
No one replied to my email no one answers the call and i’m starting to believe this is a fraud and scam to loot our money. This is one of the worst experiences of my life with online stores. If my issue isn’t resolved soon i will have to take serious actions. Was this information helpful? |
