I’ve ordered 6 clothes n 2, 205 money got deducted from my account(gpay)and then when I was cancelling the products which I ordered earlier ... this order also got cancelled ... I won’t obviously cancel as my money got deducted ... if I cancelled it I’m sorry ... but can I get my money back through gpay again !... getting credit note of 2, 205 is not fine as it’s a huge amount ! Yesterday on 12th of October 2021 I have place an order for heels from sss. The payment is already done from my Gpay account but my order is still not generated in my 'my order'. I tried several times calling their customers care number but they played their recorded sound saying, "all lines are busy".I couldn't convey my problem. I really disappoint in this service. I need my money back. I have also attached here the screenshot of my payment which was done on 12th of October 2021. I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible

I submitted the same query 3 times and when i was inquiring about the cancellation process of my order, sss itself cancelled my order stating my refund will be processed in 7 days. It's been more than a week and my refund is still not processed. Nor am i able to contact their customer service through the contact no. Provided.

I ordered a set of 3 t-shirts worth Rs 735 from Street Style Store on 18th June, 2020 and paid through Google Pay. Upon inquiring about the tracking information or the status of my order, I only received a mail that my order is in progress. This same mail was sent to me over the course of an entire month. When in my latest query I wanted to inquire about the process of cancellation of my order in case I wanted to, SSS straightaway cancelled my order without my consent. This took place on 14th July. I was assured that I'll receive the refund within 7 days. On 14th itself, I received a mail from SSS that my refund has been processed however I have not received any refund till date.
I am not able to contact their customer service executives through the contact information that they have mentioned on their Website.
Kindly do the needful.

On insta please help what will be the option.. Where is the order but still no response.. Now they are not even answering to call all they say is all our customer care executives are busy i call them for 5 time even waited for 5-5 minutes on call atleast someone response but not even a single reply...
