Hii, I made a purchase of rs.1199 from SSS in which we were supposed to get three items in a good condition. When I got my order delivered, out of three items only one was better. Now I want to return the order. Kindly lemme know the procedure. If I return the order, will I get rs. 1199 in my credit note? In how many working days it will be reflected? I've never availed the refund policy from SSS so I've no idea. The root problem of SSS is, they are not available when their customer needs them. I tried calling with the customer care no. And they go unanswered everytime. They have no chat facility as well. This is sad, I am disappointed!
Hello, I am Akanksha, I'm very disappointed with sss as I've order a sweat shirt some time. Back and it's quality and fit is very bad, so I've asked to return.. but till now they didn't resolved my issue and after that they've issued one credit note.. which is also not working...

I tried calling them as well... but it's showing that all the executives are busy..m means really you're that much you can't help out the customer...😞
I an extremely disappointed with sss. I recieved a product that did not meet my expectations and hence I issued a return. Since they do not have a refund policy, they sent me a credit note, when I tried using this it said that the note was disabled. I want a refund. Please look into this matter immediately

I order from sss in may 2021. It was prepaid order of sum amount of 1153. There was some glitch my registered number tend to be different from my number. I changed and updated immediate. At first delivery executive refused to give me my order as the OTP sent to another number which I don't possessed. I request sss team to update my number with delivery team, however it didn't happen. I made a request with delivering team and asked them to deliver at my registered number. Which is again isn't fruitful. After numerous messages to and fro with both teams. I got the OTP on my app. But again no delivery agent came with my delivery. Today almost after 3 months I didn't get my delivery and now it shows RTO has been declared on my products. I request for refund.
