I ordered from SSS on 10th May 2021 now it is July 2nd and, I haven't received the order. I have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied. I am very much disappointed with SSS because neither the delivery service called me to recieve nor did they respond my call. Its have been three, four times I have raised the query in your site and you claimed you customer care will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any clarification even after the 48 hours.
My order ID : 4601587

Let me know whether i will get the product or please make arrangements for the refund.

The order came to the delivery person
But when he called me the number which I gave was not working so I could not answer the phone.
When I called the after 2 days they said the order got cancelled and returned.
So what now "will I receive my order" or "get a refund "

I placed an order with my credit voucher and now it got cancelled. I have no products delivered and no credit voucher. I WANT MY CREDIT VOUCHER BACK.
I tried to call them text them. They are not responding. Its the worst website ever. Their customer service is so poor. I want you people to look into this matter. Or else i’ll report their account as scam.

I have placed order for some clothes of amount Rs1532.99 and i completed my payment through netbanking. Money got deducted from account and i can see it in account statement but i am unable to see order placed under https://streetstylestore.com/index.php?controller=order

I can still see my items under cart. I didn't get any confirmation email or message about my order details as well.

Please resolve this issue at earliest.
