To whom it may concern, My order no [protected][protected] was placed on May 8th 2021, and still hasn't been delivered. This is Insane because while I was placing the order the same wasn't told to me then. It's been almost 20 days now that I have been waiting. It was my first order from your site and i am highly disappointed. We people trust you and hence we make online payments quickly but then this is how much you make us wait. I placed an order at Myntra and amazon my parcel arrived within 5 days. I would be going out of station hence please provide me with my ASAP.

      Used Credit Note Given by SSS

      Address: 171, taru chaya nagar, taro ki koot ,Tonk road, near safe lalit

      I ordered shoes from SSS and I received damaged product, I returned those and in return you guys provided me a Credit note of my amount that is 951 rupees (who's validity is April 2022) when I used the Credit note on my new purchase, it says it has already been used. How could you guys give a used Credit note to a customer!!! I want my money back! Literally very dissappointed from you guys. Its been a week I am trying to contact you from...

      They don't deserve any stars. They are basically a fraud. Their privacy policy has clearly mentioned that we can exchange the product, so I did exchange one product, and it took days, they to dispatch, I understand because of the current situation. So some days back, they updated the order status, and also gave a tracking number of Expressbees Courier, so I kept checking everyday and today suddenly it showed that my product is out for delivery and it's still in Delhi actually it should come in Goa. I sent emails and sent a enquiry and they called me up after 1 hour and they were like we can't deliver the product at your place due to current situation and they said they will give me a voucher of Rs 499 only and I paid Rs 722 for the order. If they cant do the exchanges, then they shouldn't keep a exchange request on their website. I requested them to anyhow send my product or else I'll take strict actions against them.

          I've Ordered 3 Flats From Street Style Store On 5th April 2021. But It's Been One Month And The Order Has Not Been Delivered. It Has Not Even Been Shipped. I Needed The Flats Urgently To Wear. But Due To The Delay, I Had To Buy Another Shoe From A Local Store. I've Been Contacting The Team From 26th April To Either Deliver Me The Product Asap Or Just Refund The Amount. Till Now, They Have Not Even Shipped The Order And They Are Saying That It's Still Being Processed. Please Help Me Out With This. It's A Fraudulent Website And I Have No Assistance Whatsoever From Their End. Kindly Assist Me In Getting Back The Amount I Paid.

            Recently I made an order on SSS. But due to time taking of shipping I had to cancel the order and it’s been 14 days I cancelled my order. Refund money Rs. 1199.                 I placed an order and made payment through upi. The amount has been deducted from my account but the products are still in the cart. The order has not been placed.i didnt even get any confirmation regarding the order payment or email, all i have is the upi payment confirmation.

                            I made a purchase from SSS because my cousin had a satisfactory experience with it. However, mine wasnt.

                            I bought the aforementioned product and within two days o[censored]sage lower half of the bottom sole has separated from the slipper.

                            This is highly disappointing as the product does not at all live up to the quality standards promised and the price I paid expecting superior quality. The slipper is unusable in this condition.

                            Not at all satisfied with this purchase. Please look into your quality standards @streetstylestore.
