I had ordered shoes from the offer of 2 for 999. I had received the product after 1 1/2 month and the shoe size for extremely big, hence asked for a replacement for a smaller size. When I received my exchange product both the pairs were damaged and from then onwards I have received 1 email stating that on the second exchange I have to pay 200. But till now I haven't heard from them on email, telephones lines are always busy and I haven't my credit note as per their email attached below. ____________________________________________________________________________ Arvind Yadav 12/15/15 Dear Ms Fernandes, Greetings! Or if you don’t want any product then we will provide to you a credit note that is valid for 3 month. Or if you face any size or color related concern with delivered products. Please let us know the correct size. if you want to go with some other product that is also possible, you may choose your product and revert me back on this e-mail with your product name and size which is required for you, so that we can make that order for you, and if that product is for same cost you don't have to pay anything for that order if it's more than that, than you have to pay the remaining balance, if you still have any concern feel free to revert us back on this e-mail.. Once the product is received by our warehouse and we find it in same condition, we’ll dispatch product with correct size. You may raise a request for correct size or for another product of same cost.
