[Resolved] Streetstylestore — order not placed after successful payment | |||||
I selected few items in my cart, moved towards placing the order where no expected delivery date was visible still processed further and successfully completed payment using google pay payment method for ccavenue billing desk. I have received an email with order number and net payment details but no email received for successful payment where as my money has been deducted from my bank account. Contacted ccavenue for payment verification but they respond that contact to the streetstylestore merchandise. Also my streetstylestore account is not showing any order being placed under my account. Tried to contact streetstylestore customer service but nothing happened. Was this information helpful? | |||||
