Stribhava — returned lehenga but never received refund

I had ordered a lehenga from them, they took 1800 or so for it. What i received was a pathetic lehenga made of very cheap material. After mailing and calling then relentlessly, my frustration led me to lodging a complaint with the consumer forum. They happened to reply couple of months later asking me to send the lehenga by bluedart, post which they would refund. Its been a month since i did that and have been mailing them ever since, i have gotten no reply. The e-mail address is also not foundnow, these guys are cheats.
