[Resolved] Studiohub Services India Private Limited — unprofessional consultancy | |||||
This consultancy has made us to pay (1000 plus 6800) and they still keep telling lies. We really worried about their job offer. Now we feel, there are lot of responsibilities for it could be fake. This consultancy website (http://studiohub.co.in/) has been created only by august and the client website (http://crosseast-ae.com/) has also been created only by august 2017 only. Till making us to pay the amount 6800, they are super fast. After that no call/mail from them. After so much continuous phone calls and mails, they will send a mail for document verification (We got it after a month of paying the amount). After that nothing actually. It has been 60 days over and they ever called or informed the status. When we take steps to know the real status, they always tell some fake promises like within this week we ll receive mail from the client, then after that week they will say some stupid reasons like client has throat pain, so first they will send acknowledgement mail, etc, etc. All lies only. Finally, the day will end up with greater disappointment. But, they never keep up their words. By october beginning, they said engineering opening will be closed by 15th and still they recruit people. Mainly they target freshers. They have told around 40 people in each batch and now they are telling like 10th batch recruitment is going on. We are really in shock after hearing this. While we called yesterday, they said 90 people has got hr call and u are in 110th position.in the same afternoon, they told another guy tat 70 people has got hr call and he is in 78th position. Again, they told another 5th batch candidate that he is in 101th position.in one day, they told these many different lies. Luckily, the selected candidates are in contact, and we came to know they are telling lie. After knowing all these facts, still we wait very patiently and it is really hectic to realize that we are helpless. If anyone affected or attended this consultancy's interview and paid amount, pls join here. If they cheat us, we need to take next step against them. If we are together, we can do something. Jan 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The consultancy has told us that they will solve all the issues before December 31st and they will provide the job as they promised.
UPDATE: Actually we all are still waiting. Now they say they will open new branch by March 2018.
But received HR call (internet call - Note: VoIP is blocked in Dubai).
They have sent mail for medicals.
Initially they told 2000 to 4000 for medicals. But now they ask us to pay 8640 again.
When asked about company details, Studiohub HR told Crosseast HR will clarify.
But crosseast HR also not able to clarify the company details.
Cosseast shipping & cargo in dubai -- 2 branches were closed already. The number is not working. A person at telephonic exchange confirmed that it was shut down a year back and not even paid their 4000 AED bills. (not sure how much true it is).
They say construction is going on in Fujairah.
But they are not able to clarify any details about the location.
Fujairah Free Zone authories strongly suggest us to file a complaint in nearby police station as per their discussion with the legal advisors. They still say the company is not registered with them. Without their approval and knowledge how come these people are constructing there, we don't understand.
If they just clarify the company genuineness, no issues actually.
WE still don't know whether they are genuine or fake. After 2 months only we can come to a conclusion. | |||||

I agree with you lets form as a group My name is shekar i also paid same one more extension thing i will say as they are saying they have sister company name has cross east petroleum its also fake either address and phone both are not correct. Lets form has group and put a case on it . I think they are going to delay the process till march or april and close the things and leave the place.

The client website has only one mail id which is not working
there is no contact number
they mentioned Fujairah Zone as their address; but there is no such company there
and who will provide working visa to a company which is under construction

I have went for job interview with my colleagues and the process they said written+Skype Interview followed by medical test and telephonic about T&C of company called CROSS EAST SHIPPING AND MANUFACTURERS Co. in FUJAIRAH Free Zone. They asked to pay 1000 for interview and 6800 for security deposit. They said its new branch it will start in january 2018. we paid after asking doubts to Studiohub the information they given about company is website www.crosseast-ae.com/
They said they various branches and we found none of the branches address are not proper.
So please clarify me whether this company exists or not whether it is genuine or not

I am Sameer...working in Bangalore. I have also attended the interview and paid (1000+6800). When I try to contact the HR Rakshita, she avoids the topic by saying they will send the offer letter within a week or by the end of this month etc...2 days ago she replied my mail stating that till now 69 candidates are selected and I am in 83rd sl no. Please do help me guys.

As discussed with the recruiters regarding this job, they assured that things will be sorted out within few days and soon everyone will get the offer letter

boss dont rely on them in words dont believe any thing u just ask company registration details any company has to registered to respective government before they start a company as example studiohub registered in Ministry of corporate in the similar way cross east should registered some where? kinldy ask every one the company registration confirmation one can send offer letter and ask go for medical round and agian its waste our time and money
she is saying you 69 candidates got letter for us she is saying 86 candidates got selected and my number is 104 do one thing firstly, we unite all the people who paid money for job and one day we all before this month end and get our money neither they have proof of company nor they will say anything other than diverting the topic. do call me to [protected] and lets make a group against studiohub
This complaint should not be marked as resolved. There are so many young grads waiting on this offer. And there is no clear picture of crosseast company. They don’t have phone numbers and no physical location to contact and verify. Website ownership has been kept private and not disclosed. It was recently registered on godaddy.com. Anyone can do that easily. There is no clear communication on emails and no valid registration found for this company. We tried calling all possible numbers as found on Google and even had friends tried to visit alternate Dubai location and Nothing was found as valid.

Simply saying we will get back to you on status of job by December or jan is not answer we are looking for.

I marked this complaint as resolved because they told my brother that they will not process his resume anymore. They told him they will hold his resume and will not process further. He got selected by September 20th 2017 and wasted almost 3 months by simply believing their words.
As they have told, they couldn't keep up their words again. December 31st also over.
Now they say Jan 2nd week.
No Hr call or medicals yet.
They say 1st batch people received Hr call from Dubai.
Anybody here from 1st batch?

Guys the Company is fake . They have been absconding since 29/1/2018. They haven't opened their office since that date. I have number of the manager ([protected]). Sometimes it gives busy message and when it rings, that person doesn't pick any calls. We need to collectively take some legal action against these Fraudsters guys and we need to do it soon. Hi guys.. was interviewed on 4th December and paid (6800+1000), got the call from CROSSEAST HR on 1/01/18 and he said will mail the details about the medicals but now got a message from STUDIO HUB saying that they have temporarily closed their office and suppose if we wont get the detailed mail from CROSSEAST before 10th they r going to refund the amount and also some of my friends didn't get the call after but got the mail from STUDIO HUB. Hell with these guys! just cant know whats happening..
