Style Spa Furniture — Estilo Bed one Side beam got cracks and one side beam partially broken

I had purchased and one king Estilo Bed from Stylespa in Visakhapatnam about 4 years ago.
Now bed have side beam sagged and one side was partially broken. the side beam required to be replaced. Please do the needful urgently to supply the side beam for Estilo kind bed both side and get broken/ sagged component replaced by good technician
