Su-Kam — Sukam tubular battery dead under warranty

I purchase a su kam battery on 23 March 2018. Warranty period of my battery is 23 March 2018 to 23 March 2021. But from the last 10 days my battery is not working. The battery backup is less than 1 hour. Customer care number of sukam is not available. The shopkeeper is also not responding.
