mai sukam battery purchase kiya hu 08/04/2013 ko battery aur box me lkha hai 24 month warranty jo hamlog dekh kar battery kharid kiye hai . ab company bol rahi hai ki aapki warranty card me me 18 month ka replace aur 5 month ka pro warranty hai . hame ye samjhaya jaye ki warranty card box ke andar hoti hai ya bahar aur is hisab se consumer ko thagna huwa ya nahi mera contact no hai [protected] sr no 02301a[protected]

    dear Sir our sukam invertor is not working on dated 07/09/2014, and your executive mr pathak m no [protected] has taken this invertor on dated 10/09/2014 to service center gurgaon. as this invertor in warranty period but your executive mr pathak engineer issue bill of Rs 30000/- approx. against us. and illegally blame us for mishandling of invertor in branch.we also want to inform you that this invertor is disrupted many times during 4 month. branch is suffer during this period but now from 07/09/2014 to till date branch is suffer more than other period. Bank has loss its business approx. Rs 4 crore. This invertor is now in working condition but detain at service center palwal. our branch business is going down and public has been suffering. we also want to inform you that your company is responsible for this loss of bank . you are kindly requested you to please provide us invertor and see the matter at your level to resolve them.

I just want to know how much time do you take to attend any complain.             Dear Sir, I wish to raise a complaint and bring to your kind notice the pathetic service rendered by your customer care and service center towards my grievance. I strongly believe Su-kam is slowly losing its credibility by harassing customers. Even I called the service head co-coordinators but again its still in pending list. It has taken a toll on my mental stress .A company like su-kam known for its efficiency is setting a bad example before me. It’s very strange for me such a su-kum like leaders offering very worst services. every time i just got answer it will be done today only or Greetings for the day! We are very sorry for your inconvenience, your complaint has been escalated to concerned person for same.

              I bought Sukam brand new inverter and battery from a Dealer in Palam, NewDelhi called 'Dwarka Batteries' on 10th April 2014. But only after 1 month of purchase the inverter has started malfunctioning. It only provides a backup of 10-15 mins with only one fan and one CFL light.I contacted the dealer with complaint but they immediately said that they could not do anything and i have to contact the customer care. I then contacted the customer care on '[protected]' on 3rd June 2014. They said they are registering the complaint and provided me with the following complaint number "[protected]". They also mentioned that the Sukam engineer will contact me in 24 hours to resolve the issue. But to my shock and surprise, nobody bothered to contact me regarding this for more than 20 days now, I must have called customer care 15-20 times and have also talked to all their seniors ( Rakesh khanduri, Anil Srivastav ), but every one has mastered the art of giving false commitments. can you please suggest the best way to get my products replaced and to make Sukam pay for being such a big CHEATER.

We registered a complaint with Sukam through our dealer on 30th May. However, no technician has visited our home to check the Inverter. We repeatedly called the customer care and the dealer to look into this. Every time we get a same response that some technician would contact us. But we received no call from any service center or technician. Now with lot of frustration and disappointment, I am posting my grievance here and hope some senior people from Sukam would notice this and cater to our request. With so much promises about performance and service, this has been very disappointing experience. It feels like being cheated from a reputed brand.

                    This is regarding the inverter problem. The battery is not at all charging. I am writing this email with very frustration with your dealer and customer support department. I have called to the dealer who was supplied the inverter on 14-Mar about it and he told me that he will send his technician on 15-Mar. I have waited until 15-Mar and called him again and he is not picking up the phone. After repeated trying on phone he finally picked up phone on 18-Mar evening and told me that he will check with technician and get back to me. I have waited for one more hour and called him and he is disconnecting the calls. He is lifting the calls which are coming from my cellnumber.He picked up the call when I called from different number and now he is saying to call to CC. He should have tell this on Friday it self and he wasted all of my time. Anyway I called to CC on saturday and lodeged the complaint and no one has attended the issue. Your CC number is also of no use. Everytime I am getting the message of all executives are busy on other calls and leave you contact number so that we can reach you. I have given my contact number mutilple times and no one has reached. After 4 days of continuous trying, i got your executive today morning and he told me that he will send the engneer today and he provided the hyd Service center phone number. Till now, no one has come to fix the issue and also no one picking up the SC phone number. Is this type of service you are providing to customers? How much time you need to fix the issues? Please look in to this matter ASAP.

                        I have very-very pathetic experience form su-kam service, this is my last warring to all concern , resolve my complaint ASAP otherwise I will file case in consumer court , Case history given below. Date of installation---28/3 2011—Instelled by Sukam Engineer. Service complains 1— Engineer visited on dated 27 may 2013 and Call back to SVC for checking. Call no—[protected].( Registered on same day and closed ) Ask for Warranty card purchase, warranty card and distributor bill for replacement, all require documents submitted on dated 13 Jun to Mr. Samresh Sen gupta . After that they call me after on e week your batter is ok after recharge , after that I am collect battery on dated 28 Jun 2013. It will take to complete >1 Month, and my family suffer in peak summer session for the same. 2---Call no---[protected] Four cell water empty less back up Dated[protected] Engineer visited after 5 days and water dripped in empty battery cell---Please note Battery recharge befor a month back. Is it possible --- I have on timer water dripped in first time in 8 months and its need refill in a month. 3----Call no---[protected] again two cell empty and less back up dated –[protected].—Engineer visited after 13 days on dated [protected]—after more than 25 calls on call centre , call centre barred my no and disconnect again and again , also call centre agent laughing on me oh sir yet your complain not resolve I am so sorry , mafi chaunga, sir age se aisa nahi hoga --after that I have inform to regional manager of su-kanm he will also not given any feedback to me and my complaint close on dated[protected]. Without solution .All recordings of call is available with me for further action. 4---Call no—[protected] on dated[protected]Two cell empty ………. If your executive’s are not able to listen customer voice then why you are selling product in market stop the sailing you are not received call from customers. I have very bad experience with Su-kam.                           Since, 45 days, My SU-Kam Inverter is not working , i had complained to dealer " Paradise Inverters" located at Chas, Bokaro, and I had also complained to SU - Kam SERVICE CENTER Located at Dhanbad

                          Dealer usually says, the concern person will see into the matter.

                          I had mailed a complaint in the customer care of SUKAM company . But, no one has yet visited, I called at the DHANBAD SERVICE CENTER, a person came and says, he will talk at the service center and will respond accordingly, and till today, No one has responded yet,
                          Neither the SERVICE CENTER Nor the Dealer

                          kindly look in the matter.

                            Su-Kam inverter — Complain Not Handled

                            To whom it may concern

                            This is to inform you that I have repeatedly made complains about my su-kam inverter which is in warranty period, My complain number is [protected]. When I called this number for the 4th time they provided us with a mobile number - [protected] (Pankaj) so called the in charge o the area. When I called up this number this guy told me that "aab aaj nahi hoga", Its not possible for us to rectify it today since no engineer is available.

                            It is ridiculous, disgusting and very cheap behavior from a vendor like su-kum.
                            Actually they have limited no of Engineer and have no experience. I also have the same problem. Its UPS function not working properly and my Computer rebooted in power cut. I called customer care and they send a service personal and change my PCB. but problem still arise. service man says in this model (Falcon) it will be happen. But My friend also purchase the same model and it running satisfactory. My inverter is in warranty period.

                                i have a SU-KAM Inverter which i brought on September 2011.But when it began to stop working on April 2012, i informed the dealers in kottayam town and registered my complaint .But nobody came from their service centre in Ernakulam till today(24/04/2012). i hope some action will be taken against this.

                                  I had bought a SU-KAM inverter(Model No. 800VA Cosmic) & battery(150AH) on 21st March 2010, currently installed at 'LAKSHMI APPT' Flat-2, 1st Floor, 51/45. Dumdum Road, Kolkata-700074. Since then it has been observed that the battery is not performing as per its Amp-hour rating or as per the committed time of back up. Complaint was lodged several times in local service centre within the warranty period, service engineer turned up every time, but couldn't find the root cause of the problem.

                                  Recently, again I had complained regarding the problem (which has taken a severe form). Now since the warranty is over now the engineer concluded that there is some problem in the battery.

                                  I wrote regarding this to SU-KAM customer care (Mr. Raja Bhattacharjee), but they are giving stress on the fact that the warranty period of the product is over.

                                  But, this is to be noted that during the warranty period, inspite of visiting the problem several times, the engineer couldn't find the root cause. As soon as the warranty period is over they are claiming that your battery is faulty and need to be changed by paying the required charges.

                                      I had purchase a Su-kam inverter on[protected], now battery is not giving the power backup so I lodged a complaint dated[protected] having complain no- [protected].Su-kam field executive visited on my place at[protected] and given me field service report having FSR no-133146 and Book no.-2663 that battery needs to be changed and told me that it will take around one week to replace your battery. But around two months have passed neither they replace my battery nor contacted me. And between these periods I repeatedly contacted to Su-kam customer care and their Area Sales in charge Mr. Swaroop singh .Each and every time they told me that your approval is on way and shortly you will be getting your battery. Finally today on[protected] they told me that your complain is rejected and you are not getting your battery because your warranty period is expire.
                                      I am asking them that if I have lodged complain on[protected] their field service representative has visited on[protected] which is within the warranty period of 15 month from purchasing date which is in my case dated[protected] then how did they decided that my warranty is expired.

                                        hello sir, i am deepak borse, niphad. i purchased sukam ups from local distributor. i purchased on 10 july 10 but after 15 days it was folt and burn. i replaced to local distributer he say only 20-30 days wait. after that i also call pune brach they told ur ups now dispached and u get after a few days (complaint no. 996)
                                        now 1 jan 11 my ups not get. it was rubbish.
