1) Toaster which is kept at this shop is always in non working condition.there is frequent problem with Toaster, i really dont understand why the toaster is not getting repaired or nobody looking to maintain it.
2) The bill charged was inclusive of Service tax and Service charge .as per Indian Govt regulation, SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT MANDATORILY TO BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.THERE SHULD BE PROPER BIFURCATION ON BILL FOR SERVICE TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE.IN THIS WAY THEY ARE TAKING SERVICE CHARGES FROM CUSTOMER WHICH IS NOT VALID AND LEGAL
